One feature I particularly value is the option to archive applications that have been assessed, deemed successful, and issued to the permit holder. This makes it easier to distinguish between applications that have been successful and issued, and those that may require further investigation or additional checks. It also helps us archive and store records for the appropriate length of time in line with current GDPR guidelines.
