What do you like best about Storyly?

The aspect we like most about Storyly is its ability to quickly and effectively increase in-app engagement. The integration process is quite easy and developer-friendly. Being able to manage content without coding is a great advantage for the marketing team. Thanks to the interactive story format that enriches the user experience, we manage both our information and announcement processes much more efficiently. The Storyly team continuously develops the product, introducing new features that are presented to us during quarterly meetings. What do you like best about Storyly?

What I like most about Storyly is how easy it is to integrate and how quickly it boosts user engagement. 👏

The interface is very intuitive, so we didn’t need heavy technical support to go live.

What do you like best about Storyly?

Their communication in working chats is both sincere and highly professional. The team doesn’t just “check in” - they come with concrete, relevant ideas and clear how-tos for setup and automation. Thanks to their guidance, we discovered capabilities we hadn’t even considered before (from flexible design options to product-feed powered scenarios and other dashboard features). What do you dislike about Storyly?

The analytics uses metric names and structures that are a bit unfamiliar compared to our internal stack, and there isn’t as much flexibility as we’d like to tailor or rename metrics, tweak dimensions, or build custom views. What do you like best about Storyly?

The platform offers an intuitive user experience, making it easy for our team to create and plan engaging content. What do you dislike about Storyly?

There are a few minor features that are currently missing. For example, the text block could really benefit from basic structural elements such as formatting options for bold and italic text, as well as the ability to create bulleted lists. What do you like best about Storyly?

We have been using Storyly for a long time, and it always meets our expectations.

Speaking about the frequency, we use it weekly, a couple of times during the week, so we prepare the content for our audience in our app, and as we are a fintech-based oriented product, we need to use the latest innovations in the content to keep the attention of our users, so Storyly allows us to do this, as it has a lot of tools to play with the content and with the user's attention.

We love the frequent updates, the variety of tools inside the app, the ease of integration and ease of use, so it doesn't take a lot of time needed to get deeper, or to get known with the service.

What do you like best about Storyly?

I like the support team of Storyly because they're really helpful, always staying in touch with us when we have some problems. I find the design of the integrations beautiful, most products don't have good design, but Storyly does, which is great for reaching and activating people. I also appreciate that the initial setup was pretty solid and easy. Usually, integrating products into our system takes a lot of time, but Storyly was different, probably thanks to its support team or the product itself, making it a fine and effortless experience. What do you like best about Storyly?

First, the ability to update content instantly. That is something that almost new to us (not a tech savvy organization). Second, is the various tools to create content, that we are still learning and adapt everyday - alongside Stortly wonderful customer support team.

We are happy to work together and look forward to where it will take us at the upcoming future (we just moved Storyly to a more centric location in our mobile app).

What do you dislike about Storyly?

I believe it’s more on our side as a financial organization, but there are still a way to improve with the technical integration. I believe that there should be a more direct line to the tech team to solve problems faster. It’s not that we don’t get a response, but I expect it to be more efficient.
