    What do you like best?

    The implementation methodology…it made logical sense and allowed us to get live on the system more quickly than other implementations I have undertaken in the past.

    The flexibility of the system - ability to customize and access as many modules and features as we are ready to implement but enough out-of-the-box to get up an running in minimal amount of time.

    Customer service and responsiveness - When Contact North had a power outage, StarGarden was an amazing partner and in 3 days built the whole system again with all programming and customization. It occurred on a Friday and by Monday we were back up.

    I love your product and process. If something was a mess then I wouldn’t have bothered giving my time for feedback, but I have been truly impressed by StarGarden. The team has been very accommodating and very professional. I am happy to give my feedback as it is something worth investing in, to make it even better.     What do you dislike?

    Very little to complain about.

    On occasion the first line technical support was a bit to quick to assume I had a basic user problem when my issue was more complex.

    Partly due to the setback resulting from our power failure, the hand-off from implementation to ongoing support was a little rough, but StarGarden senior staff were more than willing to review our needs and we worked out a solution together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    Recommendations to others considering the product:

    Don't let the size of the company deter you. StarGarden is as powerful as the big tier 3 products, but much more flexible and their team much more responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

    We selected the SG system because we wanted full control of our data and the ability to generate relevant reporting for tracking and decision-making. We needed a system that could be tailored to our particular needs and organizational requirements with the least amount of cost and effort, and StarGarden provided this flexibility.

    Payroll processing is taking a quarter of the time, with more accuracy and managers have more control and better access to information, resulting in better accountability. Better and faster integration with our ERP for timely reporting. Many functions that were previously done manually are now fully automated, saving time and improving accuracy.
