**What do you like best about StarGarden HCM?**

The navigation is very simple. Screens are easy to view.

**What do you dislike about StarGarden HCM?**

It's difficult to make changes in the system.

**What problems is StarGarden HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were having difficulty tracking certificates and skills expiring but we have created work arounds.
