**What do you like best about Staftr?**

The speed is absolutely game-changing. We went from waiting 12+ days to fill positions to getting contractor responses in under 3 minutes, which has completely transformed our ability to serve clients. The AI-powered matching instantly activates our entire database, so contractors we haven't worked with in years are now accepting projects at a 47% rate. It's like having a recruiter working 24/7 to engage our talent pool without any manual effort on our end.

**What do you dislike about Staftr?**

Due to how feature-rich the platform is, the learning curve was steeper than expected when we first started. However, the support was incredible during this process, so that was a plus. Once we got past that initial setup phase though, everything runs smoothly and the investment in learning time has paid off many times over.

**What problems is Staftr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had thousands of contractors in our database that we barely touched because manually reaching out was too time-consuming and our response rates were terrible. Staftr's automated matching and multi-channel messaging brought those dormant contacts back to life, and now we're filling positions with people we already know instead of spending money on job boards. The credentialing tracking also solved our compliance headaches since everything is centralized and we can see at a glance who's ready to deploy. Bottom line, we're placing more contractors faster while spending less on external recruiting.
