"Centralized CTV Buying with Easy Optimization, Despite a Dated UI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I like having all the premium inventory I want to buy in one place. It saves time because I don’t have to manage multiple platforms or juggle data hookups, and I can analyze performance across channels and segments and reallocate budgets in real time without a lot of work. I find the interface reasonably user-friendly and familiar if you’ve used other self-service platforms, so my media buyers could pick it up even without direct CTV buying experience. The hands-on account team has been available when we needed help, and onboarding went well. We’ve seen good results and better-than-expected CPMs. I also like being able to make optimizations, move budget between line items, and add creatives within the same platform. My team has found the chat-based campaign planning feature really useful. StackAdapt also enabled us bring CTV buying in-house and put more of our budget toward media after previously using an external agency, and setup wasn’t difficult: we went from initial contact and the RFP process to launch in under three months. What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

StackAdapt is relatively user-friendly, but I find the interface feels a little older and not as modern as comparable platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Platform with Highly Responsive Account Management"
4/5
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I appreciate the ease of the platform and helpfulness of our account management team. Problems and adjustments are handled immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

The platform is a gift and a curse. It might be too heavy for the average user to grasp all abilities. I had to be versed on the capabilities from our account reps and I feel like I haven't even scratched the surface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"StackAdapt: Trusted Partner with a Robust, User-Friendly Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

The combination of StackAdapt's evolving technology and team make them a longstanding and trusted partner of our agency. They make key updates to their platform that make it both user friendly, but also robust enough to execute advanced digital strategies. Their sales, support and tech team are also always timely in communication which is very important for client relations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

In the approximate 8 years I've worked with StackAdapt, I've never been disappointed with their platform, offerings or team. Their attentive to feedback and have always partnered with us to make new ideas and strategies come to life. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, Intuitive UI That Makes Multi-Channel Campaigns Seamless"
5/5
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

StackAdapt stands out for its clean, intuitive interface and effortless workflow navigation. Setting up multi-channel campaigns—across native, display, video, and CTV—is seamless compared to more cluttered legacy DSPs. The campaign setup, creative upload, and QA processes are straightforward, saving significant manual setup time and allowing teams to launch and manage campaigns with high efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

While the UI is generally clean, reporting capabilities can occasionally feel limited when trying to pull highly customized or multi-dimensional data breakdowns without manual exporting. Having more granular, out-of-the-box reporting templates and more flexible API/data export options for custom analytics dashboards would make workflow analysis much smoother. "Supportive, Creative Team and a Seamless Hybrid Partnership"
5/5
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

The team is supportive, tries to come up with creative ideas, and they listen to my directives and strategy. I was worried about a hybrid partnership because it's difficult to find a team that ebbs and flows with you, but it's been seamless with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

Sometimes the dashboard is a bit cluttered. It's simply a learning curve. Now I don't have the issues I did before because I know it well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strategic, Proactive Partnership That Feels Like an Extension of Our Team"
5/5
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

What I value most about StackAdapt is the partnership itself. I have worked with StackAdapt on several campaigns/different clients in 2026, and they act/feel like an extension of our internal team, not just a vendor with a signed IO.

StackAdapt is always thinking ahead - when we were ready to grow our advertising with a luxury hospitality client, StackAdapt build a full incremental investment plan without being asked twice: market scale-up, regional expansion, omnichannel layer and retargeting. That kind of quick & strategic planning support has saved me real time when I'm making a pitch to a client.

The platform is also great at reaching affluent, high-intent audiences in markets that can be hard to penetrate in traditional buys - particularly in KSA and GCC markets. The relationship has gone well enough that we continue to bring other luxury travel accounts where bookings are the main KPI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

I honestly do not have any constructive criticism at this time. Working with StackAdapt so far has been great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Campaign Setup and Strong Support, with Costly Trade-Offs"
4/5
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

I find StackAdapt straightforward to use compared with other DSPs, and the UI was much easier for my team to get familiar with than Amazon DSP. Setup was really easy—I’d give it a 9 out of 10. I like the detailed audience targeting and specific placement options. The Creative Studio is helpful when we need to turn around creative quickly and don’t have the resources internally. For larger awareness and mass brand campaigns, it gives us access to digital out-of-home as well as static and display ads across the web. The creative review tool helps us check the quality of our creative, and the system lets us test and make sure we have the best assets available. I value the reporting and quick customer support, especially being able to contact a person by email or phone when we have issues with tracking, campaign setup, or asset best practices. Tracking conversions for digital products and lead generation was also much easier for us than with Amazon DSP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

I think the reporting is good, but it could be helpful to better understand how to continually optimize campaigns. I’m not sure whether that’s a StackAdapt issue or ours. The commission structure is also a little more difficult to work with, or the thresholds are a lot higher than with some other providers, which we have to consider as a small agency. I also don’t currently have an API connection to bring StackAdapt into our Polybox reporting, and I’m not sure whether StackAdapt has the pixel capability that Quantcast has. "Easy Campaign Setup with Dependable Results—even for Niche Targeting"
4/5
What do you like best about StackAdapt?

Of all the DSPs I’ve used, I find the workflow easy to set up. It’s quick and straightforward to build a display campaign from scratch. They also deliver pretty dependable results, even when the targeting is fairly niche, since there’s plenty of inventory available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

I find the reporting really lacking and slow. I want to be able to quickly view demographic breakdowns: how many impressions, clicks, and CTR, split out by creative, age, sex, marital status, income, location, and so on.

Instead, sometimes there’s a wait, and other times that information isn’t available at all, so you’re stuck only seeing overall results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

StackAdapt is an ally when you need to achieve digital advertising and digital OOH goals with different objectives, reaching multiple audiences and various regions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about StackAdapt?

It worked very well for campaigns more focused on awareness, although I didn't have as much traceability in conversion-oriented ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
