**What do you like best about Gen3 Marketing?**

Our Account Manager was consistently available and always very helpful whenever we needed support. They helped us drive conversions and sales we otherwise might not have captured.

**What do you dislike about Gen3 Marketing?**

Controlling CPA spend is a delicate balance: you want to offer affiliates opportunities at the right time, without overspending. Gen3 was good about helping with this but sometimes we did go over budget for the month.

**Recommendations to others considering Gen3 Marketing:**

It is important to communicate your target audience based off current buyers and potential new buyers. For us, we wanted to target a younger audience, and our current audience was 30+. Know what you’re willing to spend on Affiliate Marketing each month, and work closely with your account manager to hit those goals—whether that means decreasing or increasing CPAs to align with your targeted spend. Put your focus on the affiliates that are already producing, and partner with them on special offers or incentives, such as promo codes, or by increasing CPA for limited, incremental periods when it makes sense. Gen3 took care of all correspondences with existing and potential affiliates.

**What problems is Gen3 Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gen3 helps us identify affiliates that are a strong fit for our company to partner with. These affiliates drive traffic to our site and help generate sales we might not have captured otherwise. When we first launched our website, they also helped build awareness that our brand now had an online presence, since we previously sold only through retail stores.
