The most useful aspect for me is the ability to share parts of the projects with specific collaborators, who can contribute even without necessarily having a Smartsheet account. Moreover, the ease of use from the start, the different views, and the dynamic summaries offer a toolkit that genuinely helps and saves time. Not to mention the performance and the fact that it is used from a browser: it is cross-platform and therefore viewable anywhere. Also, the uploading of content from Excel was immediate, allowing me to effortlessly integrate pre-existing parts of the project. The price is certainly competitive when compared to other solutions on the market. The AI allows you some simplifications, such as graphically displaying project details, but in my opinion, it still needs to grow. Finally, the support is extremely fast and competent. I am not aware of costs compared to other platforms, but from my experience there is a lor more capabilities compared to other platforms and their pricing. I think it's very user-friendly and the user interface is charming. It's easy to use, and it's nice to present to a project team. It's still easy for other people to see and understand, and they don't need to figure out many things. It's easy. The initial setup was very easy. I also like how Smartsheet ensures that the dates, tasks, and everything are managed profoundly with its planning capabilities, dependency management, and notifications which make follow-ups effortless. It would be very good if we can use it more, like if it would be easier to use and solve more problems. But other than that, I don't think it has, a big problem. Maybe dashboards can be improved.
