**What do you like best about smartQ?**

Simple tool to use, at the moment of starting it is already very easy to understand for the user, tickets and projects are added very quickly, you can add work members also very quickly, efficient ticket assignment, user interface very well managed. View of very good reports, generate statistics in graphics. integration with slack and use of the application in mobile devices

**What do you dislike about smartQ?**

the only thing I do not like is that it reminds me a bit of trello, at the graphic interface level.

**Recommendations to others considering smartQ:**

very useful tool to organize your project, address defects very quickly and know when the tickets have been completed

**What problems is smartQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

generation of tickets to be taken care of by the development team or QA in a quick way, also you can keep track of the defects presented.

**What do you like best about smartQ?**

I loved the overall carding system and how we were able to keep very organized using SmartQ. We have a lot of development work that comes in on daily basis and SmartQ was also very well organized. We could easily see what our developers were working on at any given time. 

**What do you dislike about smartQ?**

There were a couple down falls, you cant have different swim lanes, and it didnt assign card numbers which was a bummer. 

**Recommendations to others considering smartQ:**

Highly recommend to any company needing to add organization to their dev team. 

**What problems is smartQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our development team works day in and out using SmartQ to keep track of all work and how much time everything takes.

**What do you like best about smartQ?**

SmartQ has had the best customer support and also easy to use. It can easily offer to create and assign tasks and projects to teams.

**What do you dislike about smartQ?**

When I create multiple tasks create, that time software getting a little bit slow.

**What problems is smartQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It will help to do the efficiency of our projects and faster

I like SmartQ since it is deployed in the cloud, which makes it easy to implement it.

Yes, If you do not have Skype.
