What do you like best about smallest.ai?

Onboarded Voice AI suite for enterprises for a key use case we've had trouble automating, customer support. As a app which allowed for real life competition, we needed to find a way to service customer calls, even during late nights where the gaming situation was very high.

Turns out these guys are able to run agents to handle 24/7 interaction so that was a relief. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about smallest.ai?
