What do you like best about SimpleTexting?

I have had a good experience with SimpleTexting overall. Their UI is easy to use, and I like that I can chat their customer service. I chatted with Roy Jane today, who was very helpful and provided me with great customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SimpleTexting?

I wish their rollover credits and payment plans were a bit more transparent and easy to understand. I've also found that when I try to contact their customer service via phone, I am never connected with a service rep, and am instead asked to leave a callback number--but they never call back.
