What I like best about Shopper Approved is how seamlessly it helps collect and display authentic customer reviews across multiple platforms. The automated review requests save us a ton of time, and the ability to syndicate reviews to Google, Bing, and other search engines really boosts our visibility and SEO. Their customer support team is also very responsive and helpful, which makes setup and ongoing use smooth. The dashboard is intuitive and gives clear insights into customer feedback trends. While Shopper Approved offers great functionality, the interface could use a more modern update, it feels a bit outdated compared to other review platforms. Also, some customization options for the review display widgets are limited unless you upgrade to higher-tier plans.
