We have been using ShipHawk for three years and have several staff members in the system every day. The product continues to evolve and while not all new features directly benefit us, we have observed improvements in the product and support teams during this time. We switched to ShipHawk primarily due to limitations with accurately rating LTL shipments on our previous platform. Smart Packing has worked very well for us; if there is an issue with the package(s) ShipHawk suggests, it is almost always due to an oversight with the dimension info in our catalog. The rules engine provides for an easy way to customize rates and services to your specific needs. When issues pop up, support works with us to correct both the affected records and also provides a long-term solution so we don't experience the same issue twice. Audit is very easy to set up and helps recover funds you may not otherwise have the time/staff to investigate, this was a good value add by ShipHawk.

Honestly there is not much I like. Their system would work great for a small period of time, but it breaks frequently.
