What do you like best about Serrala?

I really value how Serrala simplifies complex payments and cash management processes. The automation feature is a big win, reducing the team's manual efforts and minimizing errors. I also appreciate the centralized visibility it provides, which includes EBAM, allowing cash positions, bank accounts, and transactions to be seen all in one place. Additionally, Serrala's seamless integration with our SAP system is very beneficial, as it allows for smoother data flows and less manual work. It's the combination of automation, visibility, ease of use, and integration with SAP that truly makes Serrala stand out for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Serrala?

We have found that EBAM does not work always as expected. It can be quite slow at times, which impacts efficiency when we are trying to manage account related processes. Another challenge is adoption. Not everyone across the company consistently updates information in EBAM. Additionally, some features like generating letters do not always work as intended. For example, we are not able to use the feature to generate letters to close bank accounts, because the system is very slow. Also, when we try to see all our account details or make changes, it is extremely slow, so it makes us take a lot of time in simple tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Serrala?

I use Serrala for AP automation, and it helps me quickly review and approve invoices while providing complete visibility into approvals with an audit trail. The platform is easy to use, with a great and easy-to-understand UI, making my experience seamless. The team is wonderful to work with, and any issues that arise are addressed quickly by them. Serrala also integrates smoothly with our accounting system, SAP. The initial setup went very smoothly, guided by the implementation team every step of the way. I find Serrala user-friendly, allowing me to take control of my actions without always needing the help of IT. What do you like best about Serrala?

I like that Serrala is an end-to-end solution. It can process credits (SBI) and we were able to automate the credit process, as well as the reading of account statements up to the posting of payments. What do you dislike about Serrala?

The posting of customer deductions (cost charges) is still not working. The charges are too complex, and currently, we are posting manually due to the complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
