It also generates easy to follow reports **What do you dislike about Serrala?** The user design could be a bit more simpler but still a great app **What problems is Serrala solving and how is that benefiting you?** This helps get startups and small businesses along their way until they can afford and budget for a full time CFO or Accountant. This is also a great tool to help financial executives and consultants be more efficient and organized. ### 2. It gives me the ability to manage my cash forecast in an efficient way. By reducing the amount of time wasted in organizing ERP data, Payfernce gives me more time to focus on higher value and strategic items. AR risk scoring helps me to manage aged receivables. It was also very easy to implement. **What do you dislike about Serrala?** I haven’t really found anything that I dislike at this time except it may be useful to push notes back into ERP. **What problems is Serrala solving and how is that benefiting you?** Peyference helps with understanding our cash position and adds visibility and insight into AR Aging. I've been heavily utilizing this functionality. ### 4.
