What do you like best about Serrala?

The products, in our case Autobank, are very well adapted to the use cases, and Serrala provides good support and knowledge exchange among the users. Additionally, they take feedback and continuously optimize the products. Very good update structure. In 2024, we expanded our product landscape with the module solution Collections from Serrala. What do you dislike about Serrala?

Often, one doesn't really know exactly what the products are capable of, as only the basic things are set up according to customer requirements during implementation. However, this problem is known and is being addressed by Customer Success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Serrala?

The intuitive ease of use is wonderful. I can train anyone on how to use Payference in just a few minutes. Whenever there has been a question, I hear back from them the same day, often within the same hour.
