What do you like best about Serrala?

I like that Serrala is an end-to-end solution. It can process credits (SBI) and we were able to automate the credit process, as well as the reading of account statements up to the posting of payments. Additionally, we had good support from Serrala during the implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Serrala?

The posting of customer deductions (cost charges) is still not working. The charges are too complex, and currently, we are posting manually due to the complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Serrala?

The products, in our case Autobank, are very well adapted to the use cases, and Serrala provides good support and knowledge exchange among the users. Additionally, they take feedback and continuously optimize the products. Very good update structure. In 2024, we expanded our product landscape with the module solution Collections from Serrala. What do you dislike about Serrala?

Often, one doesn't really know exactly what the products are capable of, as only the basic things are set up according to customer requirements during implementation. However, this problem is known and is being addressed by Customer Success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
