
I like that Serrala is an end-to-end solution. It can process credits (SBI) and we were able to automate the credit process, as well as the reading of account statements up to the posting of payments. The posting of customer deductions (cost charges) is still not working. The charges are too complex, and currently, we are posting manually due to the complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
