Sekker is an app that allows you to collect feedback from your customer with a variety of customer experience surveys like: NPS, CES, CSAT, CES, Stars, Thumbs, Smiley, PMF, ENPS. You can share in a few different ways like: Link, In-app, Email, and QR. After collecting feedback from your users you can analyze it in our smart dashboard, view responses in real-time, and gain insights. **What do you like best about Sekker?**

With the tool, I can quickly set up NPS, CSAT, and even basic smiley face surveys to capture customers’ attitudes in various interactions. It is very versatile and reaches a lot of customers since it can be shared via link, in app, email, and QR code.

**What do you dislike about Sekker?**

I couldn’t find much about Sekker as it appears to be fully internet-based. I more often get to communicate with customers during events or trade shows whereby access to the internet may be limited.

**What problems is Sekker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sekker has helped me make slight changes towards the manner that I receive and manage my customer feedback. The flexibility of survey type enables me to design questions for given contexts and the options for sharing surveys will enable me reach the customers through their choice means.

**What do you like best about Sekker?**

I can easily select the desired type of survey (it can be for example NPS, CSAT, etc.) based on the feedback I want at the moment. The convenience of being able to send surveys through different media including e-mail and text messaging to the customers is unique.

**What do you dislike about Sekker?**

Sekker has few options available to the client in terms of the customization of the surveys. Pre-built templates are available but I cannot customize it fully to suit the company’s brand and for feedback areas.

**What problems is Sekker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sekker helps customer feedback collection to be eased by having several choices of surveys and ways of disseminating the surveys. This has also aided me in gathering customer data on satisfaction levels and key areas that need to be enhanced.

**What do you like best about Sekker?**

Designing the surveys only takes a few minutes, and with features of sharing through emails, links and QR codes collecting the feedback is very easy. It is enabling me to view responses as they are submitted and easily filter out recurring patterns.

**What do you dislike about Sekker?**

I believe the customization is not very diverse. I can’t change the question and answer text, add if-then conditions for the survey depending on users’ answers.

**What problems is Sekker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sekker has proved to be instrumental in soliciting customer feedback. Sekker makes it all a lot easier and offers me real-time info which helps me in the areas of customer satisfaction and finding out customer prolems and their solutions.
