## ScreenConnect Reviews
  ### 1. Much better pricing than Bomgar, excellent tech support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

I was a longtime Bomgar customer and left due to the high pricing. ConnectWise Control has been far more affordable and provides an equivalent product and end user experience. I especially like that it is cloud-based and doesn't require an on-premises appliance.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Occasionally there are some hiccups getting some end users connected remotely. Maybe 1 out of 25 remote sessions takes a bit longer or takes a couple of tries to run the remote client on the remote PC. ConnectWise tech support has been prompt and helpful, but it would be nice if these connection problems occurred less frequently because it is frustrating to my end users.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Give it a test on multiple remote devices. In one case, while supporting an older Mac laptop, I was unable to connect and had to fall back to my Bomgar appliance. I have not had trouble since then and support Windows 10 and recent MacOS versions successfully.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote support is a primary source of revenue for my IT business supporting multiple customers throughout Southern California and Nevada.

  ### 2. ConnectWise - Why it's better...

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacob L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Everything you want in a high powered remote connection software, plus all of the other things that techies love. ie. The ability to control remote unattended computers, many of them. The ability to host sessions with customers, all under a HIPAA safe guidelines. (I Work in the medical field so this is key).

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

At some times the user interface can be fairly confusing, After some investigation into the UI; it all seems to run smooth. It just takes some time to get used to.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Just go ahead an pull the trigger, I've been around remote connection softwares for quite some time and this one seems to be exactly what I was looking for.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to bypass any strict BioMedical Engineering departments in hospitals of VA's around the country, when trying to provide remote support. ConnectWise is one of the few softwares out there that has a HIPAA document that lets me through without pain.

  ### 3. Best remote software we have ever used.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

File transfer, ease of connectivity anywhere we are. Customers for the most part can log into site and we can connect faster. I can use this on my phone, computer, unattended access or assisted makes this very easy to work with and gets me in and out of sessions and on with my day. Saves us so much time to assist our customers programming needs and even software upgrades.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Not much to dislike, navigation is at times difficult, but still getting use to all it features. May need to look for training videos and or play with it more. Mainly the ability to connect another user to my session once I am connected for support. The Android App could be a little easier to use as well. We have use it on the Ipad and may just be more of a screen size than anything.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

By far the best remote software we have used to date. Customers can easily log into software and connect to you for support.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

End user support with voicemail and phone systems. Being able to log in day or night to fix and program customers needs with out having to go out on site.

  ### 4. Better than native RDP

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

The smoothness that remote desktops are controlled without the typical graphical artifacts, glitching, slowness and general interruptions most RDP solutions have. The toolbox is also quite useful for grabbing software and using it on the fly. Multiple monitors are supported better than any other option I've seen by far.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

The confusing way it stores passwords makes it non-functional for our team. The inability to sort the list of your session groups is missing and it doesn't integrate with Ninja like TeamViewer does.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

If you are looking for reliability, ease of use and high availability this is your remote. If you have many techs, it's probably worth it to shell out the $3K for a server license over the long haul.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to address roughly 600 remote PCs with little frustration or connection trouble. Run remote commands and generally provide a better end user experience for our clients.

  ### 5. good product but not updating the ssl support on linux platform was disappointment

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gurnain B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

The best thing is that I can connect to my cleints from the portal, also the one time password security out of the box is great feature.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

No support for ssl updated on the linux environment. Chrome and mozilla dont work at the moment and you cant explain to clients who dont use explorer. I hope they dont behave like blackberry and be out of business by not being upto date.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can connect to my clients on click of a button and trouble shoot any issues such. It saves me time and money.

  ### 6. Great Product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harpreet D. | Chief Information Officer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Connectwise offers a wide variety of tools that can be easily integrated with existing solutions. I like the ease of installing the connectwise client on multiple computers and being able to access any one of them all in one place with lightning speed. My clients love it and I cannot see myself with out using it daily. It is a great asset for our organizations

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

At this point, I havent really discovered anything that it is to be disliked about Connectwise so far. I am sure that if I find something I dont like, I can get someone to help me find a solution that will work for our organization.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote service calls, remote troubleshooting and maintenance. connecting remotely with Connectwise is a breeze and I would highly recommend it to any IT solution provider. We have multiple client locations that can all be monitored simultaneously.

  ### 7. Control that you can 'really' work with.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shawn B. | IT Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

The User Interface and usability are excellent.
Providing access to end-users is fairly easy compared to other products that we've used in the past.
The cost of the software is better than most of the competitors.
We like the fact that ConnectwiseControl (ScreenConnect) is part of the larger Connectwise arsenal of products and we have ONE Vendor's throat to choke if the need arises.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

The screen transfer speeds seem slower than LogMeIn.
Also it seems that Screenconnect freezes much more than LogMeIn and transfer between client and our desktop is slow. Not sure if its because of the version of software we have.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Haven't had an opportunity to support multiple users at the same time, but that would be a good thing to completely test out.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote Help Desk.
Quicker Support Time and Resolution

**Official Response from Jenny Griesdorn:**

> Hi Shawn, thanks for your feedback on ConnectWise Control! For the screen transfer speeds and the transfer is showing lag, you may need to update to the latest version. Alot of these issues are resolved in the recent updates.

Thanks connectwise

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Nothing really just another learning curve, get what you need to do and move on and get back to work

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Takes a bit of getting used to but like every tool you will concentrate as to what is pertinent to your application everything else is superfluous

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

control of numerous rooms from one location various computers and devices in those rooms

**Official Response from Jenny Griesdorn:**

> Thank you so much for your positive review on ConnectWise Control!

  ### 12. I love ScreenConnect (ConnectWise Control). I have been using it for years.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jared L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

The Windows and Mac compatibility is very good. In my last position, I used it mostly for Windows (and that company still uses it a lot.) In my current position, I use it for Windows and Mac. The Linux support seems like it has some ways to go, but Linux can vary greatly from distro to distro, so I can understand that it could be a difficult task.

I love that the agent can be installed as an admin and have a persistent presence. When my users need help, I'm just a few clicks away. We have four offices scattered throughout the US as well as a presence in Europe and Australia. I'm able to assist users anywhere in the world as long as their internet connection can handle the screen stream and input data.

When I moved to this new position, I switched to the hosted version of ConnectWise Control. Being a one-man IT shop, it made more financial and security sense to let ConnectWise host the service. I have no complaints about the quality of the hosted services.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Linux support is a bit on the weak side, especially when it has to rely on Java. Java is a dying technology and I'd like to see the Linux support provided by something that is more friendly and has a future. For example, I have a developer that couldn't use ConnectWise Control because he needs an older version of Java and was able to update his version.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Yes... I would and have recommended CWC to others.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote support
User support
Ability to take away user admin rights
I'm able to support users just about anywhere with this technology.

**Official Response from Jenny Griesdorn:**

> Hi Jared, thanks for your feedback on ConnectWise Control. It is important to update Control with the most recent version in order to stay up to date.

  ### 13. ScreenConnect is the Best choice for remote services.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason J. | IT/Network Consultant, Management Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

The speed of the system and the application is far superior to the other options out there, such as TeamViewer, Windows RDP, or UltraViewer.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

I did not dislike anything about my experiences with ConnectWise Control. All things met or were better than what I expected.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote maintenance and fixing of computers.

**Official Response from Jenny Griesdorn:**

> Thank you for your positive review on ConnectWise Control!

  ### 14. ConnectWise

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Edgardo C. | CEO, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Our team loves Connectwise, we have been using it since it was screenconnect. We have seen how it has improve so much. It is fast, client can connect very easy

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Would like to see full compatibility with mca computers. Not everything works correctly. Resize screen does not work very well there should be an auto detect screen size.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Keep making it better. Make it fully compatible with mac and mobile devices.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We connect to clients computer to install printers, run virus scans, trouble shoot and fix computer remotely.

  ### 15. Remote Desktop Couldn't Be Any Easier

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2019

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

ConnectWise Control is very fast when we need to access our client's PCs.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Downloading LabTech clients for our clients takes a good amount of time to register their machine in our system.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to share problems with fellow colleagues to efficiently solve people's problems.

  ### 16. Reliable, easy to use. Professional look and feel on the portal for new "support" users

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philip R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

"Support" for remote PC's works really nice with the custom URL and 4 digit code. "Access " has never failed me. I really like that I can have unlimited number of machines. That was the primary reason I switched. Light weight client is nice. Really beats having to setup a VPN and Remote desktop.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Organizational units are a little difficult to use to full extent, eg regex not intuitive. Would like branding to be a little easier to change. Color scheme, etc.. I've never used the meeting feature. I don't like that it doesn't work well with Matrox video cards - this has bit me pretty badly in the past since some of our servers use Matrox graphics video cards. Forcing downgrade of video drivers to "Microsoft VGA" seems like a hack. Would like the cloud version to be tied into our Office 365 domain so that user management and credentials could sync. I assume that sort of integration is only applicable to on-site version.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Don't use matrox graphics cards

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote support for end users on a factory floor (Industrial PC's, HMI's), remote server management, remote control of PC's for work, home and church. Live preview is nice to check if a program is done, or dialog is up without having to open a full session. Mobile app is OK, slow, but has saved me a on a few occasions.

  ### 17. Outstanding Remote Support Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason L. | IT Operations Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Easy to deploy with excellent features like the shared toolbox, reboot and reconnect to safe mode, drag and drop file transfer and screen recording to name a few.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Creating and managing groups of clients could be more streamlined. It would be great if we could connect this to our ConnectWise Manage companies and launch access from within ConnectWise Manage. I would also like to be able to connect to our ConnectWise Automate clients as well.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Without a doubt the best remote support tool available on the market today. You should absolutely trial this product and there is no doubt you will make the very easy to implement switch over to this new platform. The onboarding assistance provided will ensure that you are up and running with little to no delay. I think my system was ready to deploy in under 15 minutes and after a very short training our whole team was using this on a daily basis.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes getting connected so much easier and allows us to respond quickly to client trouble tickets without dancing around walking them through how to get us connected over and over again.

**Official Response from Jenny Griesdorn:**

> Hi Jason, thanks for your feedback! On managing groups of clients, we actually just launched a new extension that auto sort group clients. You can view the extension in our internal forum to learn more.

  ### 19. Best remote support tool!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

A good remote supporting tool for administrators/managers/support team members at a very affordable price. We used to used LogMeIn before, change over was relatively easy because of user friendly UI for administrators and users.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Still unable to control iOS(Apple) devices remotely. I can record videos while in a meeting but unable to record audio at the same time. The feature was supposed to be out in the market last year, but still no sign of it...but I guess that's how the software companies work. It's not a deal breaker for us, but this feature will definitely help in future.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

I recommend users to go with ConnectWise solution over LogMeIn. as it is much cheaper solution for the similar services, easy to use and maintain. Comes with whole lot of new range of functionalities. You don't need to buy mobile license separately which is a game changer for us. Any connect wise remote support user can control Android devices remotely, License is part of your package by default.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By providing remote support to our client base in Australia and New Zealand, it is as easy as just going to a website and type a pin code. Very easy for administrators to see and manage the support users in the team.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin H. | Technical Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

I have used many remote control software from TeamViewer, Log Me In and even some more obscure software but none of them have been as constantly efficient and successful.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

The fact that you cant start a remote session in low quality video for clients you know have slow internet is frustrating due to the fact that it has to finish loading the screen once in high def before it will switch.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy remote access into computer with issues. transferring files to computers securely

  ### 22. Screen connect

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Screenconnect is very user friendly and makes connecting with my clients on an urgent or immediate basis very easy. IT allows me to help clients immediately by showing them how to do something and actually look at their problem as it's occurring. I am able to do my job and not waste client's valuable time.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

It is inconvenient sometimes when a client computer isn't on and I cannot connect to do my work. I wish it could somehow allow me to connect to clients without them having to be logged in.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are providing immediate support to clients in a very simple, easy manner. It is a super economical way to work with clients at a moments notice.

  ### 24. Best remote support tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Spencer Y. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

The user interface is very nice, the customer support is unreal and I love the customization. I was able to add a very nice photo to our landing page as well as fully setup our logo on everything. My clients easily download and run the installer, each and every time!

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Honestly, I have not found one thing in this product that I dislike. When you compare this to any of the competition, this is the clear winner.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Look no further. ScreenConnect is by-far the best remote support tool available on the market today.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote support for my clients; all over Canada. I've used different products in the past and this is by-far the best solution that I have tested. ScreenConnect is available on all the major platforms and is very easy to use.

**Reviewed by:** Brian G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Seems to work well and is easy to walk customers through connecting. We use this product daily and have very few problems.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

needs to be able to connect to mobile device. We offer support and it would be super helpful to be able to view mobile devices through our cloud instance.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are providing remote support for multiple customers. Benefits are how quick it connects and the ease of sending files. We've preloaded tools to use in our instance as well. This helps troubleshoot issues faster when you can easily download the tools needed.

  ### 26. Fast and Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Compared to our primary remote software, ScreenConnect is lightning fast. We've been primarily using it to assist our customers. We've been glad to start using this product and so far the support has been great as well.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Some features that should be built in are addons but are still accessible so I can't truly fault ConnectWise for this.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Theme control could be a little more in depth, otherwise no complaints.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main remote software has been extremely flaky to the point of not being able to use it for long periods at a time.

  ### 27. ConnectWise is perfecto to remote support.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Program Development | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

In ConnectWise, the best feature is the remote command in client and the fact, that the client is always connected.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

The ConnectWise is soo heavy in Linux and because of this, sometimes we need to restart the service. With me, this happens once a month,

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes we need to repair problems remotely and the client doesn't need to participate... So the ConnectWise help in this case.
I think that ConnectWise is the best solution in Business cases.

  ### 28. Control (Screenconnect)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David X A. | IT Systems Manager, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

I like that it ties in directly to Automate or that I can use it standalone and list all my devices. I love that I can access it anywhere in order to take care of my customers as needed.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

I don't have much that I dislike about Control. I would like there to be an easier way of viewing multiple monitors by default.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Don't hesitate.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an MSP provider, I am able to address escalated issues by logging in remotely from anywhere. The unattended install allows ease in logging in to common systems.

  ### 29. The best so Far

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

We like that it's user friendly and it gives us & our customers the features we really need in doing our business.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

The only time we dislike it is when there is a down time other than that is super cool.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving technical issues with Connect Wise control and the benefits that we realized are the great features it has
such as Screen recording, Tool box and Running Command without logging in to the computer. These features is making our lives a lot more easier.

**Official Response from Jenny Griesdorn:**

> Thank you for your review on ConnectWise Control!

  ### 30. Easy remote support for IT teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shaa M. | Systems Administrator, Banking, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Ease of use. I can use the remote control software from where ever I am at to support my end users. Deployment is a breeze through active directory. It just works. TFA is also a great addition because of our high security environment. One of the small but cool and extremely helpful this is the ability to search for what user is logged into what machine, you don’t have to rely on them telling you.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

It’s not free? Seriously, it has all the features and then some any remote support software could have, better than any I have used in IT for the last 15 years.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote support for a geographically distributed environment.

The benefits are a much faster and friendly experience for IT and the end user.

  ### 31. Great Remote Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

How easy it is to use for remote support.
it displays what user is logged into the PC system which also relays an image of what the user is currently doing. shows what users are idle.
the UI is easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

it auto displays additional monitors when doing remote support sessions.
sometimes when logging in you get the status message 'waiting for your guest' even though the user is connected.
the toolbar when connected needs to be better. This is down to options like 'send ctrl-ald-del' i find should be under another tab altogether and not just bundled under miscellaneous.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

issues with office packages, remote support for diagnosing printer issues.
setting up new users that start with out needing to be in the office every time.

  ### 32. One of the best remote softwares

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Extremely easy to use and intuitive. My customers generally find joining a remote session simple.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

I've run into certain situations where the initial program download to launch the software just doesn't work. So you have to repeatedly cycle through next options, most of which don't work for a standard PC before you can get one that does. The video capture does not work 99% of the time. It just crashes my PC.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software is very easy to manage makes helping our customers a breeze.

**Official Response from Jenny Griesdorn:**

> Hi there, thanks for your review on ConnectWise Control. If Control is experiencing failures to launch it is recommended to reach out to support for assistance.

  ### 33. Feature rich remote software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James L. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

I like that the deployment of the product is easy and reliable. There are multiple tools at my disposal that are normally reserved for more pricey software, such as screen selection, duplex file transfer, chat and some basic system stats and specs.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

The software does not always handle badly connected devices well.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

It has all of the normal expected feature for a paid version of a software and more reliable than any of the free version of remote control software I have discovered on the market. It will just all come down to price.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a small IT department. This software allows me to more quickly respond to my users' issues which makes my workday more productive and efficient.

  ### 34. ConnectWise Control Has Allowed Our Company to Grow and Manage

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

ConnectWise Control allows us to easily remotely connect to all of our needed systems, run file applications from the toolbox, easy copy and paste, and other priceless features which are all standard with the software package.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

The only thing that I dislike is that the toolbox can take a bit to load. I am guessing that this is because we have a few hundred applications there.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Take it for a trial run and you'll fall in love with the software.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The helper application inside is great and nice, as is the copy and paste from the guest session to my local machine. It is also helpful to be able to record a video and pass it off to another person for them to analyze the issue.

  ### 35. Connect wise is amazing!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

The simplicity the reliability. The ease of use. And the connection between multiple devices. Connectwise has been my go-to remote software and will always be my go-to remote software. Even with limited connectivity it outperforms TeamViewer and other remote softwares.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Nothing it's amazing. I have not found any reasons to dislike product

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using connectwise to remote into customers computers and fix PC and Mac problems such as virus removal and driver support. The benefits are not having to go to the customer's house and also for Nationwide support.

**Official Response from Jenny Griesdorn:**

> Thank you for your awesome feedback on ConnectWise Control!

  ### 36. Great software!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Easy to manage. Like the various views and tab setup!

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

The mobile app is not user friendly. Can't see projects on mobile app.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeps work flow moving at a steady pace - increased revenue,.

  ### 37. Better than all remote control software out there.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefanos M. | IT, Information Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

The best option is the self hosted option.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Nothing that I can thing about that I dislike.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pricing is better that Teamviewer by far.

**Official Response from Jenny Griesdorn:**

> Thank you on your positive review on ConnectWise Control, Stefanos!

  ### 38. ConnectWise Control is fantastic!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

ConnectWise has allowed for super fast support times when responding to calls for help across our business. We can now avoid driving to multiple locations and help staff with problems instantly.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Honestly there is not much to dislike about the application, it has done everything we needed it to.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Connectwise is an amazing product for remote support in an enterprise and I would recommend to anyone looking for a solution for their IT needs.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Faster response time for IT issues and a more productive environment.

  ### 39. Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wil F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Easy Remote access to machines. Great way to get information on machine.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Can be slow some times to load. And can be overwhelming with so much information.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to resolve issues remotely

**Official Response from Jenny Griesdorn:**

> Hi Wil, thank you for your feedback on ConnectWise Control! If your session can show some lag, there could be many factors. Here is documentation that looks more into some of the possible issues: https://bit.ly/2RrNc5i

  ### 40. Does it all

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kurt W. | LAN/WAN Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

There's no limit to the number of pcs we can install the client on and take control of without having to do a web meeting. This was crucial as our prior vendor did. And the web meeting is there too if you need it!

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

I'd like to know who is using a license if one is unavailable

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We control clients pcs to provide technical support.

**Official Response from Jenny Griesdorn:**

> Thank you so much for your positive feedback on ConnectWise Control!

  ### 41. Heaven Sent Solution for Secure Access for Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Easy to use. Great Features like toolbox. I love the fact that I can access all pc with a click of a button. It has great organization features where you can create client and have a list of all of their servers and PC. This solution has completely changed the way we provide support and service to our clients.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Only feature missing is providing LAN ip address under information of Desktop or server. We have to use command line feature built in to CW Control in order to find Lan ip.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a better response time. High security since we no longer have to use remote desktop. We can easliy provide access to 3rd party vendor using Host pass feature.

  ### 42. Pretty good but needs some speed upgrade.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mario A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

I like it's ease of use, the price is a good point as well. The ability to see the connection metrics for all of my remote sites is a plus. It is also for the most part very stable as I have seen very few disconnections, 99% of these attributed to networking issues on the client-side. As far as ConnectWise having server problems, we had I believe 10 minutes or so of downtime in 2017. Not bad at all!

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

There is a definite 'speed' downgrade coming from TeamViewer, perhaps this is due to windows integrations or effect disables being better on the TeamViewer environment but there's a definitely difference. Sometimes there is too much lag or periodic disconnects with some of my slower clients.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

These guys know what they are doing! Professional support and stable, easy to use, straight forward remote service.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote troubleshooting to the max and occasionally some file transfers.

**Official Response from Jenny Griesdorn:**

> Hi Mario, thanks for your feedback! With recent updates, sometimes lagging can occur, which can result in a slow session performance. Here is documentation on how to best combat slow sessions. - https://docs.connectwise.com/ConnectWise_Control_Documentation/Get_started/Knowledge_base/Slow_session_performance

  ### 43. ConnectWise Comparison

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** seth f. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Customization, branding, web access from anywhere.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Mobile app is subpar. I have to hold and press a button to do a mouse click? That makes it quite cumbersome. TeamViewer should be duplicated here...there's and most others rdo programs are much easier to control.
I don't like that I have to sign into a web browser ever time. There needs to be an app...just like TeamViewer has.
I don't like the limitations for the processor. If I walk away, I can't take over a session with a different PC. I would physically have to be at my PC to log me out of that session so I can join with another PC. Very frustrating.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote access to PCs
Remote support.

  ### 44. ConnectWise Control Is Simple And Easy To Deploy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig C. | VP Operations, Financial Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

The product is fast and easy to configure for remote desktop control. The ability to connect to a client on the fly and also not security issues when installing the software makes it easy for us the vendor and the client we are supporting

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

The file transfer speed is not as fast as I would like it to be.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

You will definitely save time when deploying the client software and the ability to generate a session on the fly is useful

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick and easy way to connect to clients to resolve network and desktop software issues. We are also able to upload tools to the clients machine and network for troubleshooting.

**Official Response from Jenny Griesdorn:**

> Hi Craig, thanks for your helpful review. We're glad that product is working efficiently for you. For the file transfer speeds, there could be several factors as to why the file transfer speed is lagging. It is important to make sure that Control is updated to the latest version.

  ### 45. The application works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

It is customizable, albeit with a bit of work, and the application works.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Customization seems more complicated than it needs to be. Sometimes, the application wont let me connect to the host for reasons that are unclear.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

The app has its quirks, but it works. I have only reached out to support a few times but am confident I can work out all the quirks I mentioned earlier when I have time to call and work to either resolve or better understand.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I provide remote support as part of my base offering. ConnectWise Control allows me to do so consistently and at a price point that ensures good ROI.

  ### 46. Fast remote access to your regular and new clients

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David T. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Fastest access from call to connecting a customer. You control what is happening. It works (though there are occasional bugs with the system that seem to reoccur)

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

The reporting and Command Line access to clients isn't very good or reliable. Wish that back end maintenance system was enhanced to all more Monitoring/scripting in the RMM toolbox

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Direct access to customer for support.

  ### 47. A great experience every time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ken H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

The ability to easily connect to machines I always have remote access to and to easily access customer's computers with a simple email link they can click on

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

I can't really of anything I dislike about the product.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used Logmein for years and it's just overpriced with fewer features. I love having constant access to 5 computers with my plan. When my elderly parents call with a computer problem, I just connect and magically fix it. I also use it as a backup for RDP at multiple sites when IPs change.

Sending customers links to access their machines or inviting them to mine could not be easier, I could not be happier.

  ### 48. Pleasant transition from LogMeIn

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

The singular pricing model for unattended access and support sessions. Along with that the ease of use and install. Minimal headaches when it comes to transition our staff to Connectwise Control.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

I wouldn't say dislike, but the menu system on the top of the Control window when remotely connecting to a device can sometimes "be in the way." Depending on screen resolution and window placement the hover over menu can cover items, become a frustrating.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to provide remote support to our non-managed customers and managed customers alike from a single portal. We have been able to work with vendors to get them access into specific devices with minimal effort.

  ### 49. The ultimate remote support tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

ConnectWise Control, previously known as ScreenConnect, provides much more than remote desktop. You can run commands remotely, see whether a computer is online or offline, chat with the users and much more. There are very few issues but there is an amazing support team who are willing to not only investigate and fix any issues but they will also keep you updated with their progress.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

The admin "host" user interface does need some work but each release contains improvements so there is always something new coming. Other than that I have no complaints.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Give it a trial using the free version and see if ConnectWise Control will work for you. If you don't like the default appearance and/or features you can customize almost all aspects of the software and make it your own.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a one man band I used to rely on a combination of VPN and Remote Desktop to support clients. As more and more devices became portable it became painful trying to support them. Remote Desktop requires the Pro versions of Windows which home users especially are unlikely to have. ConnectWise Control solves this issue and I can now remotely assist any of my clients regardless of where they are. As long as they have an internet connection I can help them which is not something I could do before.

  ### 50. Bye bye Team Viewer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Virgil T. | Cloud-Experte, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Ease of client installation across a comprehensive range of devices

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

That the Web.config file does not allow us to host multiple host header values on the same server

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

"Seeing" client phone screens and computer screens when clients contact us for support. We're reducing resolution time by over 50%. Apart from the cost/time saving, our customer satisfaction is off the scale!
