**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Very easy to manage all of our clients and stay connected.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Sometime is a little slow to load up some of the features

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 2. Beats all others!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

We trialed several remote software programs out there and ScreenConnect our performed everyone.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

I really don’t dislike anything. The issues we face normally are client side computer problems.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Depending on your application, buying a server package might be better.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are an MSP. ScreenConnect is are basis.

**Official Response from Jenny Griesdorn:**

> Hi there, thanks so much for your positive review!

  ### 3. Full of great features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2017

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Seamless deployment and install. Time to connect to an end user is minimum.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

User management could be improved. Would also like different user levels to be priced accordingly.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Technical support & remote installations on client servers.

  ### 4. Great and easy to use remote assistance tool.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pierce D. | I.T. Manager, Hospital & Health Care, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2017

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Very simple to setup and keep clients up to date. You can easily execute commands on a remote computer without commandeering it to get basic PC information and do other maintenance tasks. Lots of features that I don't use but all in all a great product.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

We use the cloud hosted solution. Its rather slow to be honest. On our 20 Mbps fiber connection we have to always have the display quality turned down to medium in order to not have any noticeable lag. Having the software instead be peer-to-peer when two PCs are on the same network would make it a lot better.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Evaluate all your options and find what works best for you in your budget.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What business problems are you solving?
Remote Desktop Management and Support

What benefits have you realized?
I have to get up a lot less from my desk. Really, as soon as someone calls and starts describing their issue, I can connect to their computer and begin troubleshooting with them.

**Official Response from Lesley Meunier:**

> Thanks for the review!

  ### 5. Excellent all-round remote support tool for MSPs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fernand J. | President, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2017

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Fast, versatile and flexible remote support solution for anyone to perform remote support without the over-inflated price of some of the competition. ScreenConnect is constantly adding new features with very active development.

Love the fact that we can choose between self-hosted and cloud-based server installation. Cross-platform Mac/Windows/Linux is also a huge advantage.

Overall ScreenConnect has been rock-solid and we rely on it to work. Even when our other remote tools have failed ScreenConnect is usually still working.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Not really thrilled with the new ConnectWise Control monniker... it sounds a little too draconian to users.

Being able to transfer files to/from a remote machine without taking over control of the machine would also be very handy.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Try out the cloud-based evaluation to see if it meets your needs. It's a very quick "out-of-the-box" solution to get running.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the product for in-house and off-site remote support of one-off break/fix and managed workstations and servers. It's great for both quickly fixing a simple issue and for long-term diagnosis and repair.

For break/fix clients they can quickly access the agent from our website and be connected with very little hassle. Very rarely do they need a hand connecting.

For MSP clients the agent is very reliable and we use it constantly for maintenance and repair.

  ### 6. Best Remote Support software I have used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

I like the easy to use interface and quick adaptation to other systems.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Some time I can over load the systems performance

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

You will like it.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can remote manage many client systems from a single screen

  ### 7. A Remote Access Solution that works!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donovon C. | Service Desk Analyst, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2017

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Screen connect is a terrific screen sharing and remote access tool. It is incredibly easy to use, and works great on mobile devices, Windows and Mac computers alike. We host our own screen connect server and integrate it with LabTech, and I use it every working day to interact with Clients computers with just the click of a button. It is also perhaps the best unattended access solution that I have used.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

The screen connect client works great on Windows, however using Screen Connect with Mac computers could be better. It downloads an executable each time you connect, which clutters up the downloads folder, and the session interaction when controlling a Mac computer is very hit or miss.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

It is definitely worth investing in. There are many features that make it highly useful. Definitely leverage the web interface and mobile app. They are life savers when providing support on the go (such as when on call). The desktop client is fantastic, and it integrates flawlessly with LabTech.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously used TeamViewer and Join.Me to connect to clients computers that were having issues. Now we have consolidated to just using screen connect for clients we actively manage and those that call in asking for support that we do not actively manage. The ease of use and time savings have been tremendous.

  ### 8. Perfect!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

I can work from home just as easy as working in the office!

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Nothing! Program is great!! I like that I can see both monitors when I log in and switch easily between the two

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working from home

**Official Response from Jenny Griesdorn:**

> Hi there, thanks for your positive feedback! It is awesome to read about how you use Control in a unique industry.

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2018

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Easy to use and secure. Great product and compares well with other remote access systems

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Nothing at this stage. There is reqally nothing at this stage. Seems to have everything we need

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote support for customers

  ### 10. my best support software

  ### 11. Pretty good

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2017

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

I like the ability to wake on lan remotely

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Installing applications remotely and grouping could be done better

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote control

**Official Response from Jenny Griesdorn:**

> Hi there, thanks for your feedback. The way we do grouping is powerful, and allows you to set up dynamic filters that automatically organizes your groups. We actually just created a quick sort session group extension that is now available in the ConnectWise Control Extension Marketplace!

  ### 12. My favorite remote support tool but pricing has gone way too high

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel K. | Small Business Technology Consultant, Computer Networking, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2017

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Fairly easy for clients to connect
Tools including commands that run in the background and toolbox

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Price was great when it was $15 per month. Now that I have a second technician and need to upgrade, I don't think I'm going to pay the $90 per month

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need a way to interact with clients for remote support with the access agents as well as an easy to use tool for new customers or pc's to be able to get connected

**Official Response from Lesley Meunier:**

> Hi there, and thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. ConnectWise Control is one of the most affordable remote control solutions on the market, and we pride ourselves on having pricing to meet everyone's needs - including free! Check out our latest prices at https://www.connectwise.com/software/control

  ### 13. Simple access for supporting users

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert S. | Assistant Manager of Information Systems, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2017

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Ease and simplicity to get users connected

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Haven't found anything to dislike yet. New features being added always being improved

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were seeking a solution to allow us to help support our users when they were not attached to our network. Some of our users work from home, in some cases they would have issues that we could not resolve by walking them through work around. ScreenConnect has given us a simple easy to use and deploy solution for that purpose.

  ### 14. The best remote access software available

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave C. | Consultant, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2017

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Screenconnect offers an easy to use customizable solution for remote access. We have used many other platforms, but screenconnect is by far the best. It is very important that the solution we chose allowed us to brand the product as our own and screenconnect does just that.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

There really isn't must to dislike about the product. It would be nice if there were some third party integrations that would extend functionality.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to offer our end users fast and effective remote support gives us an advantage over other vendors that use different remote access platforms. The chat feature is very reliable and end users do not feel intimidated.

  ### 15. Screen Connect is great - Even on MAC

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean P. | Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2017

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Where I have used other remote connection software, they fail on macs locking them up or crashing, Screen Connect is the first one that I have seen not lock up and crash a MAC that is doing Media presentations\editing of some sort.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

As an MSP, I cannot separately allow each client LDAP authorization.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Try it, Buy it you won't be happy with anything else after it.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software is simply the best remote connection tool I have seen or used. I won't say what we've used before it, but I will say that the flaws and pricing of other services are far over priced for what they give, which is a less stable product than Screen Connect.

  ### 16. Wonderful, Affordable Product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark O. | Owner, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2016

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

This remote solutions software is the best on the market hands down. Easy to use, easy to deploy, works on multiple OS platforms. It runs directly from your server or computer without using a third portal relay so it's as fast as your ISP connection. With each package update it gets better and better. For myself we run this package on a Linux server and it is stable and robust. Does everything we want it to do in the office and allows me to connect to it remotely also. Best of all you can brand it to your own liking.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

I can't put my clients computers into groups in this software and is slightly annoying

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

TRY IT first and you won't be dissatisfied. The license is very affordable and the support is awesome.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is strictly an independent IT solutions package that solves remote computer administration

  ### 17. The BEST remote access software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie P. | Systems Administrator, Construction, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2017

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

ease of use, quick application download speed

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

only dislike is that iI wish it would auto copy the link when you create a invite only session.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

access to remote users; biggest benefit is that I can control reboots, connect after reboot, and a lot of other features that are not available in other products

  ### 18. The one of the best remote support software ever used, its very easy to use for both user/admin

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ramnik (Raj) S. | System and Network Administrator, Building Materials, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2017

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

It's very easy to use, quick connect with just click. I been using ScreenConnect for past 2 plus years for personal and at work.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

None, can't think of any dislike, so far everything has been great

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

You will be loving from day one and never use other products, hope they will keep supporting and their prices are lot better than others

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything for end users IT issues. It can be software, hardware or just showing how to use new features for new products

  ### 19. Simple, Fast, and Reliable Remote Access Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan A. | Network Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 08, 2016

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

A couple things that make ScreenConnect stand out above others for me is: 1) the speed in which I can connect to s stored host - literally within seconds and 2) the ease of connecting to computers that don't have the ScreenConnect agent installed - I can get them a code on a website or I can email them a link. In short, ScreenConnect makes my remote support and access a breeze!

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

The only thing that I'm not wild about is the pricing structure. I use the entry level Single Tech license and it servers my purpose. However, there is not ability for me to grow beyond the 10 computer limit with out a huge jump to the Standard License model. It would be great if there was the ability to add additional computers as needed to the basic plan.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ScreenConnect allows me to maintain a group of remote computers that I connect to regularly. In addition it helps me connect to on demand support sessions for computers that I don't access regularly.

  ### 20. Best remote support application

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2017

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Simple to use for the remote party. Go To Meeting took 10 minutes to take control of a remote screen, Screen Connect I can be connected in 1.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Pricing. I recommended this to a few companies that need just a single seat and the minimum is 3 seats now.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Simple to setup and adminisitor

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer support / tech support of remote users

  ### 21. A self hosted, awesome remote support software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brant W. | CTO, Food & Beverages, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2017

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

ScreenConnect is easy for clients to install and it's self-hosted (option of cloud), so I feel secure.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

With low bandwidth clients, lots of animation on the remote screen can cause lag significant enough that control is near impossible.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to remotely support computers from anywhere. Both internal users and external business clients are benefiting by allowing support and hand holding walk-through's for them.

  ### 22. Screen connect review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2017

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

The screen connect software works well, is secure and has attractive pricing. It has more features that I was expecting for a solution at this price point

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

There is nothing that I don't like about screen connect

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Just make sure all of the features that you need for remote support are offered.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having the ability to support users that are not on our LAN

  ### 23. ScreenConnect helps me run my small business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon M. | IT Technician, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2016

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

ScreenConnect is technician friendly and widely compatible with various operating systems. They have have several plans...even a self-hosted version, so anyone should be able to find something that fits.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

I've tried several remote support tools, and ScreenConnect was one of the main ones that checked all the boxes I wanted in supporting clients remotely. It's been fast, stable, offers customization, and easy to use. I cannot honestly mention a dislike at the moment.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Give the trial a shot. There is no obligation, and you will have a full blown experience on whether it is the right product for you.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote support and troubleshooting. I like being able to disconnect, but leave sessions open for a bit in case I need to jump back into the computer. Anytime I don't have to drive to a client for a repair is a win for me. I work full time in a larger IT environment. We use a different remote tool to support users there. A few users have Macs. That other tool isn't compatible, but ScreenConnect is! I created a session, told the user where to navigate to in order to begin, and corrected the issue. As as side note: I also like the toolbox feature of SC. It lets me add my software tools and share them throughout my sessions.

  ### 24. Very user friendly Utility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2016

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Being able to remote into clients to help them fix issues that I don't need to physically touch the machine.
It saves time from walking all over the building.
I am using the Cloud based solution and I don't have to worry about hardware.
Very good utility for Support end users.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

I don't even know if this is an option to log in and just have people click the name and then is shows up in a queue. I was used to using Bombgar but I do like this tool a lot.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

I guess I would like to be able to log into an adhoc session and just have my name as a tech there for users in need of help to just click on my name and then get alerted to start session. Other than that I think this product is great for support and love it.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time savings.
Faster resolution of issues for end users.

  ### 25. Excellent Remote Software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott N. | Software Support Specialist, Retail, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2017

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

This software is a quick and easy avenue to connect to clients workstations or servers to provide software assistance.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Sometimes customers block access to this type of software. Also, sometimes it won't copy files from one PC to another.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Great to use for simple remote connections via the internet.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to connect remotely to customers networks to provide quick resolution to their software issues.

  ### 26. Excellent Value for the Price

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2017

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

For the price point there is not a better remote support and unattended utility.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

I don't like how much effort it takes to turn on SSL.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

I would highly recommend giving it a shot. It will allow for rapid support session with encryption support although the encryption support is a little difficult to implement but they are constantly improving it. Also the cost to upgrade to future release is extremely affordable.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We reduced the amount of on-site visits we had to make. It has also enable more rapid response to issues.

  ### 27. ScreenConnect Whitelabel

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johnie K. | ASP.NET MVC Developer, International Affairs, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2017

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

I love that we can use this produce with our own branding. As an IT consultant, it helps to maintain our professional image.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

I haven't found anything that I wish was different so far.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this product to offer remote support for our clients.

  ### 28. Great Product, Decent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2017

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

This is a great product. Personally I think it was better when it was under the ScreenConnect company as things tend to get worse with acquisitions. The product is great but the support got worse when ConnecWise acquired it.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

The product support is not all that great.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Support really needs to improve

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly I am solving the problem of remote support. This product really helps do the job.

  ### 29. From TeamViewer to ScreenConnect

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2016

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

ScreenConnect is very lightweight and runs fine on our old(er) PCs. Security roles are a nice feature for providing temporary access and the customization options of the host is a big plus.

The toolkit is handy for accessing commonly used utilities and files can be copy/pasted from PC to host without requiring a transfer utility. Numerous extensions add functionality, like the ability to edit the host config file, or take screenshot previews of the host desktops at set intervals.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

ScreenConnect can be a little pricey for a small company. Fortunately, they had a promotion for existing TeamViewer sites which made it more affordable. Plus, the service works on an annual subscription where TeamViewer was a one-time license fee (with optional paid version upgrades).

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

- Web based.
- Toolkit
- Remote command line
- Lightweight

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ScreenConnect solves remote assistance, remote support, one-time support and online meetings.

We've noticed a time-savings compared to TeamViewer. It's definitely a great product.

  ### 30. Screen Connect is Fantastic

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 13, 2016

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Screen Connect is not just a Remote Access type of software, but it has a vast amount of utilities right at your fingertips. You can run CMD commands, add in notes for your employees on specific systems or even communicate with the customer via it's chat function.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

The END button. The End button is very decieving and needs to be changed. I would think the End key is to end the current session with that specific computer. Instead it completely removes it from the list!

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Learn the difference between Concurrent License, User License and guest accounts!

Concurrent license means that number of people can be on and access a computer at the same time (this includes if you want to access multiple computers at the same time).

User License means that many users have full access to the systems.

Guest Accounts do not need a license and from my experience so far, do not use a Concurrent License either.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm an IT Consultant by trade, so all of my instances are to fix computer related issues. Having a remote application for those issues that just do not require an on-site visit is critical and saves tons of time.

  ### 31. Screenconnect Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2017

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Great remote access product for the price. Used it for one off support. Now we are working on consolidating all of the remote access to screen connect.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

A quick support module is required. However we overcame that obstacle by placing a link on our website.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Great product for the price point.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving Remote support issues.
Benefits - Using a standard platform for remote support is key to ensuring all team members are aware of the remote product used for the organization.

  ### 32. Perfect Solution for Offsite Troubleshooting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joyce W. | Executive Administrative Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2017

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

I like that our offsite IT contractor can instantly connect and resolve issues. My desktop background turns completely black once they are connected so I always know when someone connects to my computer.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

I have not found anything to dislike about this program.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems being solved pertain to issue with work computer.

  ### 33. For One-on-One Screensharing Puts Others to Shame

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler R. | Support Manager, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2016

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

It is very robust in terms of functionality, very cost efficient, easy to run/install and extremely reliable when only a few (ideally two) people are using it over a good internet connection.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Our company has experienced a lot of audio issues/breaking up/lag when used alongside screensharing. While it's been fantastic for remoting in to customer computers, when used for meetings or trainings it has disappointed.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

I'm not sure if they offer a trial but their licenses are so cheap that it's worth purchasing one with the one-time fee. Give it a shot, especially if it won't be requiring audio communication - performance should be excellent. Get to know all the bells and whistles it comes with and compare against the other giants - I think ScreenConnect wins hands down.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to remote in to customer local computers, ability to host meetings for quick webinars among internal staff. The benefits of using this over a TeamViewer or Join.Me are immense. Much cheaper and actually go beyond the premium features of both the aforementioned products.

  ### 34. Screenconnect Review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2017

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Pricing is very competitive. Installation and maintenance of the software is relatively easy.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Android client software is not very user friendly - difficult to view all hosts in the list view - mouse control in the remote session could be better.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access to remote building management systems.

**Official Response from Lesley Meunier:**

> Thanks for the great review!

  ### 35. Unmatched features & security for the price.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Spencer Y. | Systems Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2016

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

My favourite thing about ScreenConnect is that you can depend on its security. When you go to install it on your clients workstations or servers they aren't concerned by the brand.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

I wish you could add your own workstation to your user profile only. So that you would have remote access to your device if needed, but other techs in your company couldn't see it.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Give it a try and you will be impressed.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MSP mostly. Dealing with our managed clients on a daily basis. We needed a product that had great support, features and security. Without a doubt in my mind, ScreenConnect archives these 3 for us!

  ### 36. Screen Connect for Service Desk Orgs

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ross B. | IT Site Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2016

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Robust, effective remote access tool. Realtime, seemless, lagless remote access.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Very raw. The GUI is rudimentary. The excellent cersatiility of the back end requires coding experience or training to effectively customize.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Expect minimal phone support when dealing with service tickets. Their support team communicates to the cloud team for you.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote access for our business. We are an IT Service Desk for Restaurants and Bars: General and emergency support.

  ### 45. Top of the line Remote Connect tool with good pricing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric C. | Systems Administrator II, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2015

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

I have been converting every company that I work with over to ScreenConnect. It is really easy to use, on both the Tech side, and the client side. With ScreenConnects new Cloud based system, it is even easier to use.
The interface is completely customizable. The installer on client side is extremely lightweight (around 1.5mb). Multi monitor support and resolution modes are supported for slower connections. File transfer is drag and drop. Built in chat feature, screen marking feature, lockout controls for either side, screen capture/recording, rescaling of display just by resizing the window, the list of features goes on and on.
Can access command line of remote computer without taking over the computer as well.
Even with single session, the connection persists after reboot until the tech side ends the session. This is invaluable to a technician! I have used many other remote connect softwares and this one is always the fastest, and the easiest for clients to get connected up to.
Even can connect to mobile devices, and there is even an Android app

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

I thought long and hard about this question, and so far, I have no complaints.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

If you are thinking about ScreenConnect, just try the free trial. run a few sessions and install the client on a few machines and check it out. The list of features is HUGE. Even your most junior techs will find ScreenConnect easy to use. Contacting their support is super easy and a live person will speak with you quick if you need any assistance.

When you sign up for the trial, you will be able to use ScreenConnect in under 2 minutes using default settings and config.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote troubleshooting of client machines.
This tool has been invaluable in correcting client issues. Even if reboots are needed, Screenconnect always reconnects automatically until I end the session. This has been very useful in solving many issues.

  ### 46. Screen Connect - it just works!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2016

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

Simple set of features, that most people use. This keeps the cost down.

Then additional features are available in other tiers.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

My connections to a locked Windows 10 screen have been a little slow, due to the interactive wallpaper. Once beyond that point, it works great

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Definitely try out the competitors, you will be pleasantly surprised at how close this is, for the lower cost.

Try it on all the operating systems you can get your hands on.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supporting users remotely.

When help is needed urgently, I can get to a client immediately.

  ### 47. Best remote support tool I've used so far.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles H. | IT Systems Administrator, Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2015

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

The ability to restart a remote computer into safe mode is very useful.

Having the ability to prompt users to store their credentials is invaluable when working with remote sites. I can work on, reboot, and login to a remote users station without needing them to re-enter credentials.

Being able to reduce the video quality to compensate for slow connections.

The toolbox feature keeps frequently used tools only a couple clicks away.

I can lock out both my input or the end user's input. This means I can monitor a station without worrying about accidentally clicking in their session. I can also take exclusive control when needed.

The timeline feature is great for ensuring end user security is maintained. I know who was in which station, doing what, and for how long.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

I'd like the ability to start a VPN to our network from the remote computer prior to Windows login. Not having this feature has been a slight pain.

Troubleshooting .Net apps on a station running the .Net client is problematic for some of my Help Desk Tech's, but using the full client or understanding the .Net application cache structure gets around this.

No integration with ZENDesk.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

Best remote support tool I've used. For the price, you can't beat it.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote computer configuration.
Ability to support sites that do not have overlapping business hours.
Easy web console means I do not need to train Help Desk Techs on the use of SCCM Remote Access.

  ### 48. Best Remote connect tool I have used, with good price

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alan S. | Technical Support, Computer & Network Security, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2016

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

One of my favorite things is how the interface is totally customizable. The installer for the the client is really small. It support dual monitors. Transferring files is so easy, you just drag and drop straight onto their desktop. All the features it has are awesome like the screen chat and the screen marker. It is awesome that it has a lockout option so the client cannot input commands. It is great that I can use command prompt without taking over the clients computer.
My second favorite part about it is when the clients computer needs to reboot, screenconnect will reconnect you automatically once the computer is back up and running. It only ends the session when the tech disconnects.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Honestly I haven't found anything yet that I do not like.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote desktop troubleshooting.
This has been great in helping us solve clients issues.

  ### 49. Great solution for remote access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2016

**What do you like best about ScreenConnect?**

This product is simply the best it works wonderfully. It does exactly what we need it to do.

**What do you dislike about ScreenConnect?**

Wish there was an easier way to allow specific users to access specific machines. Also wish the Labtech integration had the ability to right click and connect.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

This product is awesome. It was developed from the ground up and just works for remote access into many devices. It allows connection to PC, MAC, and many mobile devices via screenshot.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote control solution that replaced LogMeIn

  ### 50. My team loves ScreenConnect

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

ScreenConnect is blazingly fast, even when using the CW hosted version

They're owned by CW, so pricing has increased and they discontinued the unlimited license.

**Recommendations to others considering ScreenConnect:**

If you use LabTech or Connectwise, than this is a no brainer.

**What problems is ScreenConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote support for our managed IT clients
