**What do you like best about Sceyt?**

This SDK offers a seamless plug-and-play experience, making it easy to create middleware tailored to your needs without dealing with server-related complexities or future scalability concerns,

i use to setup ChatGPT to ask my customer to talk with agent and suggest back ecommerce product to buy, also i have setup that people use live channel and talk with all live user like youtube live feature, so its easy to use this is best part and also you own storage solution so its better and easy implementation

**What do you dislike about Sceyt?**

its Mobile SDK have everything except some logical stuff like permission for specific chat, in this we have to use API or setup middleware to do whatever you need

**What problems is Sceyt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its solve me to not heach for chat app development and server related work, just plug and play and make what you need, and not need manage expensive servers

Customization, easy to implement, live 24/7 chat support directly to their engineers. Ease of integration and customer support, Ease of use as well.

There is no official documentation. So it becomes difficult to understand when you want to make customisation in depth.

It helps easy integrate live chat one to one or group without any much hassle.
