I can't explain how frustrating and let down we feel. We paid for 3 months up front, as we saw some good reviews for the service. We have never been able to use the platform due to bugs and onboarding calls that went wrong.
We eventually asked for a refund due to being unable to use the service, and the company has refused to talk to us. They won't issue a refund and have now taken a SECOND payment!
We are unable to cancel our subscription on their web app because it's buggy and won't let us.
So we are now trapped, with a company that won't speak to us and refuses to give us a refund. We are now looking to take legal action before they take yet ANOTHER payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
