**What do you like best about Salestools?**

It had a good review and SHOULD have been good, but nothing worked

**What do you dislike about Salestools?**

I can't explain how frustrating and let down we feel. We paid for 3 months up front, as we saw some good reviews for the service. We have never been able to use the platform due to bugs and onboarding calls that went wrong.

We eventually asked for a refund due to being unable to use the service, and the company has refused to talk to us. They won't issue a refund and have now taken a SECOND payment!

We are unable to cancel our subscription on their web app because it's buggy and won't let us.

So we are now trapped, with a company that won't speak to us and refuses to give us a refund. We are now looking to take legal action before they take yet ANOTHER payment.

**What do you like best about Salestools?**

They thought very well how to help the contributor /the user and do sales in a more digital way.

**What do you dislike about Salestools?**

We wanted a tool that replaced the SDR team ( our CFO wanted it mostly) soon after we realised we will keep both the existend team and the digital team.

**What problems is Salestools solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We urgently needed a AI tool that could guide our SDR's and AE do sales in a faster, scalalble way. We needed to be able to sedn personalised and well writen emails, and +19 follwoups, and reply around the clock, basically when a prospect replies to our email or Linkedin outreach the Salestools AI SDR will handele the reply, answering objections, send colateral or proper information about out product( that we take often forgranted ) , send our Calendly link and book a demo. We've seen a major increase in response rate alomost 38% from decision makers, that is because the AI SDR's engages on Linkeidn whenever they post something and reach out next with infomation or questions about that post.

**What do you like best about Salestools?**

Nothing much. We ran a free trial, but can't cancel subscirption now. They forced us to enter a credit card to run free trial, we didn't like it. We want to cancel but we can't. And they get payments for months still.

**What do you dislike about Salestools?**

They don't have a cancel option on their panel. They ask you to send an email to them. We sent multiple emails 3 months ago. No reply. They keep getting payment from our credit card that we were forced to save for free trial.

And I tried sending a message from their panel to the same email, their send message form won't work.

I don't care if their system works or if their product is good or not. If you can't cancel subscirption, it's a trap/scam mentality no matter what they offer until you cancel. Beware of the free trial / credit card necessity.

**What do you like best about Salestools?**

We use Google Analytics in order to better understand the behavior of visitors to our website. ExactVisitor tells us who they are. It gives actual value in that it shows us the companies visiting us, while finding real leads more easily.

**What do you dislike about Salestools?**

There were definitely a few moments of frustration with the implementation, but the ability to get quick support from the team made up for it. It's amazing having access to help from people who will run through trouble shooting whenever necessary.

**What problems is Salestools solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's vital for companies to know Exactly (pun intended:) who they are doing business with. One way Non-Execs can help is by making sure that the company has all of its ducks in a row when it comes down to understanding what sort of people (customers, vendors, etc.) they're trying to serve.

**What do you like best about Salestools?**

It is able to sync your emails and interactions so that you only have a single source of truth.. like a mini CRM. Constant updates are being rolled out and it's quite easy to use. And I particularly like their manual prospecting feature, which allows hyper personalization at scale.

**What do you dislike about Salestools?**

Support is not readily available and there's quite a bit of waiting time. And I don't know for sure but I don't think all support tickets are replied to. At least, that's the case in my experience. 
Plus, even when support replies, they aren't particularly helpful sometimes and there can be a lot of to and fro before a problem is resolved. Often, when support doesn't have an answer, they just stop replying and leave you hanging.
Would also be nice if they create a more detailed knowledge base so that it's easier to self-help.

The UI doesn't look that great and it can be slow at times. Other than that, it's a pretty good app

**Recommendations to others considering Salestools:**

Give it a trial and compare it to other options like Lemlist, Reply.io or Uptics before deciding. And if you are someone who is not very tech savvy or need a lot of hand-holding, just be mentally prepared that they don't necessarily have the best support.

outreach and prospecting. it has made things easier but... I did have a warning on my Linkedin account after I started using Saleshub. Gave me quite a scare even though I was sending within the recommended Linkedin limits. Other than that, the software itself is quite well thought out

I did used Saleshub for a few time and it was a great tool for lead finding and enrichment. My team used it connected with zoho and it was just perfect sending all the leads to the system.

It can be a little slow sometimes when you do broad searches but it's understandable since its a big database to search. the rest of it it's perfect nothing to point.

Lead enrichment and lead finding for my sdr team. since we were a small company a tool like this really helped a lot our small sdr team in order to spend less time searching leads

great tool for tracking opportunities, leads, customers as well as emails, notes, calls, etc. the Deal/contract creation and management is user friendly. I really appreciate the ability to push tasks to myself and the integration with gmail!

the manual process of telling it not to track any personal emails into the CRM.

**What do you like best about Salestools?**

I've been using this software now for a couple of months, and while it is early days still on its development. They definitely seem to be improving quickly. So far I've been able to identify a few key leads & behavior supporting my ABM strategy.

Also, this is the most affordable personalization software I've been able to find. Now we can customize our content specifically to the visitor's technology which helps a ton in categorizing ourselves as specialists in that area.

**What do you dislike about Salestools?**

Some of the menus were a bit unintuitive, for example, the settings & subscriptions are twice in the menus so it took a bit of clicking around to get to understand the software.

I didn't figure out how the integrations work yet. I think that could have been better outlined & more intuitive.

**What problems is Salestools solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work on attracting big accounts doing a fair bit of outbound, so helping to understand when that account is hot is a big help. Often on outreach, you don't know the engagement level so this is one of the tools that helps us understand where we stand with the account (Are they even looking at our site?)

**What do you like best about Salestools?**

Been kickfire users for some time, a mature product that works well but comes at a price. Overjoyed to see exactvisitor, wanted to see how it measured up to kickfire. For us works like a dream, generating great quality lead data on auto-pilot for easy follow up, great insights into what & why features interested them as we know what they looked at and for how long, a few leading questions and we can go straight into needs-based selling.
The website personalisation will simplify things, were using Hubspot, then move to if-so.com but can be clunky to use, the ease of using personalisation integrated with exactvisitor I think will make in page personalisation a breeze.
Ability to set up sub-brands is also great, as we own and operate 4 and can share and change the lead allocation across each according to marketing campaigns and response within a single account.

Wish we could have access to personalisation with Wordpress plugin right now, but its not due for official release for another few weeks - bring it on, can't wait!

**What do you like best about Salestools?**

Knowing the real visitor by email and not just the company is truly a unique experience, feels like the first time i ordered an Uber. It totally changed the relation between marketing and sales and sales finally get real leads that are ready to buy! We call them Exact Qualified Leads (EQL) internally. Also their company tracking is better than Leadfeeder which we used before.

**What do you dislike about Salestools?**

They are a bit pricey, but worth it when we compare to paid ads or cost of cold outbound.

I thought it was not possible to get Real Visitor, but just the Company... ExactVisitor is solving that.

Identifying people who doesnt convert on our website.

It doesn't identify all user companies, but I guess that's because some are only identified as ISPs, so are filtered out of the results.

It shows me which industries are interested in my products, which in turn enables me to tweak my marketing efforts.

**What do you like best about Salestools?**

What i really like about Exact Visitor is the ability to learn more about the visitors that yet are to create an acocunt. Exact Visitor provides that depth into whom they are and how to contact them for our business team.

They have seen an uptick in the number of generated leads using Exact Visitor with Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Salestools?**

They didn't work out of the box with Snap Engage so that had to be implemented, but in retrospect it was one day of work. Overall i am satisfied with the experience, service and value add that Exact Visitor brings to the table.

**What problems is Salestools solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We created a great inbound engine but we discovered that we had no clue in terms of demographics who came to visit Transferwise, only the ones that signup or joined which in numbers i can't disclose the % off. But Exact Visitor quickly made us realize we could identify and reach out to 30% more visitors than we currently could do in Snap Engage (our chat).

We used D&B Visitor Intelligence, tested Clearbit Reveal and Lead Forensics but none of the providers can be compared to the results that Exact Visitor delivers. The ability to understand accounts before they enter Eloqua and identify who they are is one of the most important aspects for us. Secondly what is new in the market and a breakthrough is the ability to identify the real person visiting to take away the guesswork for both marketing and sales.

**What do you dislike about Salestools?**

They didn't have Oracle Eloqua integration out of the box when we contacted Exact Visitor, but their team made a custom integration for us for Eloqua and they exceeded our expectation. So overall after that was done there is not much to say in terms of what i don't like.

**Recommendations to others considering Salestools:**

I can only speak from my own experience but they outcompete the market in terms of the data they can deliver and return from a visit.

**What problems is Salestools solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding which companies are on CDW and identify who is a customer or not, and help our sales team identify either new opportunities when they haven't entered into the tracking from Eloqua yet (due to they didn't signup, filled a form etc) or customers with a new device or tracking deleted to identify new up-sales opportunities so our account managers can increase our revenue. The results has been an increase of +100% more leads and 18% in total uptick in revenue from up-sales with Exact Visitor in just 6 months.

**What do you like best about Salestools?**

We use Adobe Marketing Cloud to optimize our digital experience from when a visitor lands on Goldman Sachs, but with that in mind we have no way to know the majority of the visitors that leaves the website and doesnt enter through a form. This is where Exact Visitor comes into the picture, they have given us the opportunity to reach prospects early if that is in Corporate Finance, Investment and lending etc. which enable us to reach out early to these accounts as and win the deals before our competition does. The ability to map out companies due to the view of the exact person on GS is a new way to do ABM for our team.

**What do you dislike about Salestools?**

As we have been one of the first companies to come on board Exact Visitor, the biggest dislike was the lack of people tracking in the start, but their tracking ecosystem grew rapidly and now it is their biggest advantage, i wonder why Microsoft or Salesforce has not acquired them yet!

Reach out to them and see who they can discover on your website and get up and running, that is my five cents.

Turning visitors into pipeline, when they didn't fill out a form or contacted us, that is the main usage of Exact Visitor and they do that flawlessly. The way we can segment and sort the visitors is invaluable with the amount of visitors we generate on a monthly bases.

Exact Visitor has enabled our team to know what companies are looking for loans or account openings in the commercial department by identifying them before they request information or signup. This is crucial across all countries we operate in. We automatically sync the data to Salesforce and the commercial team can take action.

Exact Visitor is new in the market so we understand that the people identification which is A.I. based as i understand is evolving but we do see great results and improves weekly. We do like to see more automation of data sync to Salesforce.

It is easy to use and get started, and if you like to identify the people that visits your website, Exact Visitor is doing just that.

Exact Visitor offers two things that is extremmely valuable for our organisation. 

1. The ability to see who did not convert into our funnel yet and identify the company (even if they are in a Starbucks or Airport).
2. Return the exact person their details who they are based on their visit, before they become a lead.

**What do you dislike about Salestools?**

Honestly as they are offering such an imense data added solution to our team it is hard to find something we don't like, as before we didn't have that option. If i should think of one thing it would be i wish they scale the exact visitor (people tracking) faster as it is worth it.

What is better than knowing the exact person on your website today and reach out to them? I would not hesitate.

**What problems is Salestools solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying the leads that visits MongoDB that did not signup, chat or contact us to reach out to them early in their process researching the database market. This enable us to convert more opportunities for the sales team compared to before Exact Visitor.

What i really love about Exact Visitor is they deliver what their name claims, revealing the exact visitor on our website, without they fill out a form prior to the visit to get identified.

They are new on the market so i feel they can improve add better sync of visits to Salesforce, but i have no doubt it will come soon.

It is just a javascript like Google analytics it takes to get started to increase your leads by 3x, no brainer for us.

Identify and reveal the exact visitors on our website, to turn them into sales leads for our sales and marketing team. After we implemented Exact Visitor we increased our net new leads by 3X!
