What do you like best about SALESmanago?

I have been working with SALESmanago for a little over a year on daily basis, and the platform has significantly improved the way we manage customer communication and automation.

One of the biggest advantages for me has been the intuitive email builder. The ability to pull products and prices directly from our website and automatically generate UTM‑tagged links has streamlined our workflow and saved us a substantial amount of time on each campaign (with previous solution, we had to create links manually).

The built‑in Live Chat has also proven to be a valuable tool, allowing us to support customers more efficiently without needing additional integrations. It is very easy it is to manage pop‑ups. AI‑driven segmentation helps us target the audience with far greater precision and optimize expenses on mobile messaging. Workflows are really easy to build, though so far, I use very simple ones. 

Another critical benefit is the fast and responsive support team, who are always ready to help and genuinely committed to improving their services.

Of course, I still see many areas where the platform can continue to grow and evolve. However, I clearly see that SALESmanago is moving in the right direction and actively developing the features that are important for my business needs.

What do you dislike about SALESmanago?

1) In SALESmanago, main contact identificator is email, while in my business - phone number. As a result, there is no protection from creating duplicates with same phone number.

2) In contact selection, there is no OR option, only AND, which makes filtering less convenient. Not possible to exclude contacts choosing 2 different external events: like either made purchase or visited site today.
