"Efficient mailbox that nicely connects with the Forge system"
What do you like best about Mailforge?

Simplicity, functionality and that I can check the emails without needing to go to my MS inbox separately. All is one place. Their support has been amazing and very swift in replying to all my requests at any time that I have contacted them. It was very easy to set up and connect with the outbound campaign builder, so now my email replies from clients land there letting me quickly connect with them and book my demo calls. What do you dislike about Mailforge?

It may seem a bit too simple and standardized to some, but that really depends on how complex of a solution someone is looking for. To me things should be very simple and practical and that's what I get from Mailforge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Integrated Solution Reduces Costs and Infrastructure Challenges"
What do you like best about Mailforge?

I like that Mailforge is all integrated with everything altogether. This integration is really important for me because it helps reduce operating costs. I'm new with Mailforge, but I'm looking forward to seeing the other features it has to offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailforge?

I can't answer that question yet. I have yet to come across a problem with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Scalable and User-Friendly Email Solution"
What do you like best about Mailforge?

I love how easy Mailforge is to set up with its intuitive interface and modular design, combined with excellent support and quick setup calls. I appreciate the automation in outreach that saves time and gets me in front of clients quickly. I enjoy the useful features like uploading contacts via an Excel file, avoiding duplicate emails, and providing an easy-to-use tracking and dashboard portal. I also like its scalability, which allows me to grow my business by adding more contacts seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailforge?

I might consider improving the ability to change the unsubscribe link, although overall, it seems quite straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cold email done in one place—sending, warm‑up, and reporting without the headaches"
What do you like best about Mailforge?

Mailforge finally killed my “Franken‑stack.” Warm‑up, sending, validation, throttling, and reply routing all live in one dashboard, so I’m not babysitting three different tools to keep campaigns alive. Spinning up a new domain + inbox cluster takes minutes, not hours, and the defaults are opinionated enough that junior team members can’t accidentally torch a reputation. I also love the reply classifier—positive replies bubble up fast so our AEs see meetings, not out‑of‑office clutter. Pricing is straight, no per‑inbox surprises, which makes it easy to forecast for big pushes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailforge?

It’s very email‑centric. If you want LinkedIn steps, call tasks, or deep CRM playbooks, you’ll still need to stitch in other tools. DNS/sender setup is easier than most, but non‑technical users may still get lost without a checklist. Reporting is solid for deliverability, lighter for revenue attribution—so we export to Looker/Sheets for deeper analysis. And while support is responsive, live chat hours don’t always match North American evenings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mailforge?

Best parts:

Very good deliverability and tracking

Automation that feels natural, not spammy

Easy setup and clean UI

Together with Warmforge, it keeps our campaigns running smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailforge?

maybe the size of the mailboxes package to purchase (10 is minimum for now) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable email infrastructure at scale"
What do you like best about Mailforge?

I appreciate how effortless it is to scale email infrastructure. Setting up 10 or 100 domains with mailboxes takes minutes, not days. The user interface is intuitive, and support has been responsive whenever I’ve needed a hand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailforge?

The analytics feel a bit basic. I’m looking for more in-depth insights—like deliverability trends, click-through rates, or domain health over time—so I can truly track ROI and spot issues quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to set up - Helpful Support - Great Experience overall!"
What do you like best about Mailforge?

Mailforge is great for any company that seeks to set up a reliable email infrastructure. The best feature by far is the intuitive setup, which takes up no time at all. The customer support deserves special recognition as well - friendly, helpful and very fast, which is a definite plus. Overall, Mailforge is easy to set up, integrate with any software that is used for email campaigns, and is something that we are now basing our outreach on. Highly recommended! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailforge?

One possible downside would be the limits on the number of mailboxes attached to domains - but this is not strictly something that is Mailforge's problem, since it's more of a recommendation, rather a strict limit. The fact that the minimum amount of slots you can buy is 10 kind of forces you to connect more domains, but maybe this isn't such a dealbreaker if you have multiple ready to go. "Easiest Way to Scale Cold Outreach Mailboxes"
What do you like best about Mailforge?

Mailforge makes setting up mailboxes and domains for cold outreach incredibly easy. With just a few clicks, you can create as many inboxes as needed—no tech headaches, no back and forth with complicated settings. For our use case in cold email at scale, this kind of simplicity and speed is exactly what we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailforge?

There’s not much to complain about so far. If anything, it would be helpful to have more advanced analytics or inbox health monitoring built directly into the platform. That said, for its core purpose—spinning up mailboxes quickly—it performs extremely well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Brilliant solution and outstanding customer service"
What do you like best about Mailforge?

With everything that's been going on in the email space with DMARC, SPF and whatnot it's always been super time-consuming to set up domains, configure them correctly etc. With Mailforge it's just a matter of clicking yourself through a setup menu and Mailforge does all the annoying parts automatically.

I'd also like to point out their customer service, which ist really just brilliant. Customer service for SaaS solutions is typically pretty horrible and with the x-Forge guys it's the complete opposite! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailforge?

Sometimes, little details take a bit of guesswork. But then again you've always got customer service to help you, so all good :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"So far so good!"
What do you like best about Mailforge?

It was super easy to set up and extremely user friendly, no tech knowledge needed. We have only been using this for about 1 month so our email volume is still very small but so far we like what we see. The customer support answers are fast and seems to be always available which is great (also no bots, thanks for that). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailforge?

It would be great to have a "master inbox" feature to make it easier to deal with email replies and conversations with new leads. It is also quite expensive (especially for small businesses) considering you have to wait some time before you can reach the maximum sending capacity per mailbox, the initial investment is big and it does not bring results immediately so you have to be ready for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
