Support is really good and there is a really good community. This helps a lot with doubts, and best practices.

Worst customer support. Despite making payment, they keep your account on hold, and the customer support team confirms that they have resolved the problem, but in realist they have not solved it for 45 days. Maildoso has potential, but several drawbacks stand out. The interface feels clunky at times, and navigating between features isn’t always smooth. Reporting is limited, making it difficult to gain deeper insights. Customer support responses are slow, which is frustrating when urgent issues arise. What I like best about Maildoso is how transparent and granular it is when it comes to deliverability reporting. Unlike tools like Instantly, which give you a single overall score that doesn’t tell the full story, Maildoso breaks things down by domain—so you can actually see how your emails are performing across Gmail and Outlook.

That means if your emails are hitting spam in Outlook but doing fine in Gmail, you’ll know right away and can adjust accordingly. It takes the guesswork out of deliverability and helps you make smarter, faster decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dislike about Maildoso is that even with all the preventative measures we’ve put in place, our inboxes still seem to get affected pretty quickly. So I’m still unsure if deliverability is actually the issue—or if it’s more about the niche we’re currently targeting, which is on the riskier side when it comes to health-related content.

That said, we’ll be shifting toward less sensitive niches moving forward, so we’ll see how it goes. I’m hoping that’ll give us a clearer read on whether it’s a deliverability tool issue or just the nature of the campaigns we’ve been running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If I had to choose one thing, then it would be the breakdown they had with their email servers. But they fixed it. fairly quickly! I trust them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Personally, these are the things I like most about Maildoso:

1) The ease with which we can create domains and mailboxes in bulk, in just a couple of clicks.

2) Also, it allows me to export mailboxes in a CSV to then connect them to our Cold Email Provider in a very easy and simple way.

3) And finally, the master inbox to manage all our emails in a single master inbox. From here we can read and respond to all incoming emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot connect these domains to other services because we are not allowed to configure DNS. It is limited to connecting it only to certain tools.

And finally, the master inbox that is assigned to us is with a domain that has the name "Maildoso". It would be great to be able to customize the master inbox with a main domain that we have from another source. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its simplicity. We all know setting up the backend on email is a foreign language for so many but Maildoso makes it so easy. Within 10-15 minutes you can have brand new look-alike domains and 10+ mailboxes setup. Plus the IP rotation? CLUTCH.
