I was pleasantly surprised by the depth of the lead database. The engine finds a huge amount of leads, and has not once let me down. What I liked best is the ability to filter companies not just by industry, but by very specific parameters like revenue ($1M-$5M), headcount, and precise keywords (e.g., "Tube & Pipe Fittings" or "Fabrication"). It allowed me to find a massive amount of highly relevant leads in the industrial sector in a cpecific location. The request is translated into filter settings by AI, that helps a lot. Beyond the data, the customer support is very good , responds quickly and provides personal, human assistance rather than generic AI replies. The entire process of setting up filters, selecting leads, and exporting them is intuitively clear, and navigating the interface is seamless. Besides, you not only receive leads in form of e-mails, phones and social media accounts (when there), but you also see if a person is say registered to a certain industrial event, like exhibition or forum.
