During the event, the streaming has been stable, attendees can interact through chat and polls without it feeling distracting, and the AI-generated clips after the event have been genuinely useful for creating follow-up content instead of starting from scratch. **What do you dislike about RingCentral Events?** There isn't anything that has stopped us from using it, but the first event definitely took longer to set up than expected because there are so many configuration options. Once you understand the workflow it becomes much easier, but first-time users could benefit from a bit more guidance inside the platform. It truly breaks down the in-person conference feel and puts it in a virtual space that is more accessible for people across the globe. I also very much appreciate the team, behind RingCentral... from the engineering team that quickly responds to outages, to the CSMs and the customer support channel that helps with one off questions AND the team that listens to our feedback and implements new features. The platform is easy to integrate with other CRMs and seems to be fairly easy for the attendee to navigate - even those that aren't as tech savvy. I use this platform frequently - almost a daily basis. So, to have something that is easy to implement and navigate as an admin or a user, is crucial! **What do you dislike about RingCentral Events?** One challenge that is hard for me and other attendees is, it is so bandwidth heavy that attendees can have challenges joining sessions or networking that involve sharing their audio and video. There may not be much you can do about that, but it is often a challenge with some clients. Also the registration can be kind of tricky at times. If you register multiple attendees at one time, the email questionnaire only goes to the person who registered all those attendees (not to each individual listed).
