One of my favorite features within this platform is the unlimited users and the ability to manage role preferences. I've used ReviewTrackers for over 6 months now and have had little luck getting my clients to leave reviews for my business on Google, etc., which is specifically what ReviewTrackers is supposed to do. I can't customize the email subject or the actual content of the ReviewTracker email to help increase the chance that my clients actually open the 'please leave a review' email. Since my clients don't open the email, they don't receive the link to leave me a review on Google, etc. I see very little value in using the ReviewTrackers service.
