What do you like best?

I like this software since it is centralized in spreading and informing the reputation of a particular organization, which is very necessary to offer evaluation and quality of the services of said company, highlighting that one of my favorite aspects in relation to this ingenious application, is that it constantly develops new innovative skills to make its platform a more advanced and optimal window, to correctly manage all the arguments of the users who reside in these digital areas. What do you dislike?

We can comment that the main panel of this application and the most centralized reviews searches in relation to the complete satisfaction of a particular service, through chrome, can be a total challenge, precisely if you are trying to segment groups equally for a more agile and formidable administration, being a problem that requires a solution, with a more stable integration with this web browser. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We practically use this system to manage in a more comfortable way, all the opinions of the users registered in our platform, being very useful, since through the software, we can track the locations of these comments or reviews, answer certain arguments and even conduct surveys to specify more specifically the satisfaction of these customers with obtaining our products or the services we offer, being very useful since from a more controversial point of view, they do not agree to be attentive to the publications of these individuals immediately. What do you like best?

I love Review Trackers since it is a multipurpose software, which maintains functions and accessories that are necessary to carry out a complete job, as it allows us to manage opinions received from registered users on our platforms or consumers of our digital product, as well as access to request reviews from these individuals about their respective satisfaction with the services that we generally offer on third-party sites, as it is one of the qualities that I like the most in relation to this system. What do you dislike?

The implementation was a bit annoying and difficult to execute, as it had to integrate its own skills to ensure that this system will perform its job well in follow-ups, for the contemplation of said work in particular, which requires improvements, for flexibility in these initial areas of great importance, to append the program in an easier and simpler way, without excluding that menu navigation does not always make sense. What do you like best?

I've been using their local listings feature and it's been very easy to navigate and make updates on. It definitely saves me a lot of time. Their client support team is also quick to respond and always helpful when I need any assistance, which I highly appreciate. What do you dislike?

There are some actions that I am unable to do through the dashboard for now, but the RT team are able to take care of it pretty quickly. It hasn't been a big issue for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For local listings, it saves me from having to go through every listing one by one and update info. We have over 50 stores that we handle this for so the local listings feature helps immensely. What do you like best?

Really great support from our rep, Aisha, and the whole ReviewTrackers team.

I work for a national carpet cleaning brand. Being in the home services space, online reviews make a big difference. Our franchise network was way behind our competition in both number of online reviews and review quality.

Deciding to work with ReviewTrackers has made a huge difference. ReviewTrackers worked with our IT team to create a review solicitation sequence that integrated with our scheduling software. That way when our franchisees finished a job, texts and emails would go out automatically asking customers for a review.

Because of ReviewTrackers, our franchises get way more reviews without even trying. ReviewTrackers also helped us increase our average rating, increase our response rate by 38%, and decrease our average response time by 79% network-wide. This helped our franchisees book more jobs and even helped many of them rank better on Google.

What do you like best?

One of the functions that I like the most about this software is its customer satisfaction management, since they are unsurpassed and maintain an incredible receptivity to the requests that are sent, when there is a problem derived from Review Trackers, that is, It is not necessary to wait a long period of time in business days to receive a response about the doubts or inconveniences that are generated like any operating system once it is implemented, mentioning that it is one of the qualities that most attract my attention, in comparison to other systems with similar functionalities. We can make a relevant mention of this software, that some of its functionalities are usually disastrous and difficult when operating them, if this option of use is needed for our own convenience, in more specific and similar words, it should be noted that the panel Home and review search features when used through a particular browser are usually minimal challenge, which encourages a slowdown in workplace results. What do you like best?

It has powerful opinions management of the users of the different companies, to receive comments, including that it allows to request totally positive reviews on third-party sites, so that each business establishment can attract more customers due to the classifications that they provide Of the services, once, offered to these individuals, not excluding, that I love Review Trackers because it allows us to track NPS scores, locations and suppliers, being a useful software with great functionality, for many companies. The implementation of this software on any platform can be a bit annoying, because many analyzes must be carried out to know exactly the compatibility that this system acquires with the servers that a particular company acquires, including that the Sentiment analytics, to promote a more specific service according to customer satisfaction, is still in beta, or rather, is not currently available. We had a difficult time managing our reviews -- it was piecemeal at best. Our response rates were terrible. What responses we did have were poor. We did not have a handle on it whatsoever. Since we've been working with ReviewTrackers (for about a year now) our response we are able to manage most of our reviews from one dashboard. Our response rates have improved 75%. What do you like best?

I like the Dashboards and the amplify widgets. Its so easy to use the platform a child could. Collection of 1st party reviews couldn't be easier with the included tools. The tools work and I don't have to worry about them daily/weekly/ or even monthly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

ReviewTrackers is seriously the best local listing platform a company could ask for. Their client support team is responsive, proactive, and dedicated to meeting your needs. On several occasions, we had an urgent request that required fast action, and ReviewTrackers never failed to follow through. Overall, the platform is very user-friendly, provides excellent reporting features, and makes responding to reviews manageable. One of my favorite features within this platform is the unlimited users and the ability to manage role preferences. Our franchise partners much appreciated being a part of the review process and receiving updates on their location's presence in the digital space. There are no words to describe how much our team enjoyed working with ReviewTrackers. Everything about the experience was positive. The only reason we switched platforms was to meet the needs (i.e., that of which are unrelated to ReviewTrackers) of our growing franchise; otherwise, we would have never left this platform. What do you like best?

What do you like best?

Not much.. the program doesn't really do what they claim it does.. increase your business client reviews on Google, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I've used ReviewTrackers for over 6 months now and have had little luck getting my clients to leave reviews for my business on Google, etc., which is specifically what ReviewTrackers is supposed to do. I can't customize the email subject or the actual content of the ReviewTracker email to help increase the chance that my clients actually open the 'please leave a review' email. Since my clients don't open the email, they don't receive the link to leave me a review on Google, etc. I see very little value in using the ReviewTrackers service. Do your research and look for a program that lets you customize the email subject and email content that does to the client asking them to leave a review. ReviewTracker's email to the client simply says "follow up" which is definitely not attention getting and will not cause a client to even open the email, let alone leave a review for you. What do you like best?

I like this platform because it accesses, inspects and examines many review sites, providing me with the most specific and accurate information about the opinions of the clients, it also provides me with real time monitoring, answers to opinions that damage our image, as well as follow-ups that help the company to take care of its reputation, which is very good because not only we manage to do a more efficient job, but we earn money with it.

From small single location businesses to multi-location franchises, setting up and synching review profiles for biz clients was a breeze. Furthermore, the review manager menu design is ultra-intuitive and the actual review manager software is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The two things I acknowledge most about survey tracker are one, a solitary spot that gathers the audits I have to react to and share with my group and two, simple to create measurements that I can impart to my group so we can talk about territories of chance and triumphs. What do you dislike?

While Google audits will in general populate quick, surveys from different locales, particularly Yelp take longer. At the point when a survey is one that I feel needs quick consideration, I will in general location it through my email alert as I have missed reacting in an auspicious way looking out for audit tracker to refresh with the data. I do appreciate audit trackers more than I get baffled with it and I would prescribe it. Furthermore, the care staff is too useful, reacts rapidly, and is available to thoughts and recommendations! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having inquired about a couple of different stages, I have arrived at the resolution that it would take me a ton to switch. This site gives me a larger number of apparatuses than its opposition and at a lower cost. It is without inquiry an extraordinary incentive for what you get. What do you like best?

We checked with other review aggregate companies, but for our needs, ReviewTrackers was the best. Their platform is easy to use and provides us with all the tools we need to see all our reviews in one spot. They make it easy to respond to our member's reviews and reporting is a breeze. It helped us to free-up A LOT, and who doesn't need more time? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The only area where they can improve is to add review updates. If a member updates their review, it doesn't seem to update in the system. Still, this service is outstanding! We love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

For the cost, ReviewTrackers is exceptional. Review tracking these days is SO essential. Not only is the tracking crucial, but responding to reviews (good or bad) is powerful. Knowing how your customers feel about your products or service and being able to improve them from the feedback on reviews is necessary to succeed and flourish in this highly competitive environment. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This saves us hours of time and makes reporting on reviews much easier. The other major benefit is we're able to see reviews from all sources, such as Facebook and Google. We used to only report on Yelp reviews since that was the majority of reviews, but now we can report on all reviews sources. Our reports are FAR more comprehensive. We learned that Yelp was about 65% of all of our reviews, so we were missing out on 35% of all our reviews. This helps with service recovery far more, too, since we can respond to reviews from other sources. Using ReviewTrackers is a major improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The RT team makes you feel like you are their biggest client. They are regularly asking for feedback on potential new features and ideas. Whether we are on desktop or mobile, their intuitive software design allows our marketing team to quickly build reports or respond to our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We would love more workshop or "how to" videos! Videos that could help us walk through new site features or provide helpful tips on responding to customers (Tips such as placing your location's name within the review response can actually boost your organization's SEO). What do you like best?

The app and website are both incredible intuitive, and the most useful information that I need when reviewing reviews are always available in simple, effective charts and reports. Plus you're able to respond to the review straight from the website, increasing my engagement with customers and decreasing the amount of time I spend on tracking reviews. The algorithm that automatically responds to positive reviews on Facebook and Google Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

We have multiple venues, I'd like to be able to receive a report daily that tells me which venues have reviews that need to be responded to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is worth the investment to keep on top of all your online reviews. Not just to respond to them but to be able to see everything your customers are saying. You can monitor trends and watch your ratings go up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I really like that I can add managers with their own login and that they can set their account to get notifications when we get bad reviews. I also really like the reports that can be made which makes it easy to share with board members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In case you haven't implemented this yet, our new Google and Facebook integrations allow you to respond to reviews on Google and Facebook from within the app. No need to leave your dashboard. Just contact your Customer Success manager and they'll set it up for you ASAP.
