The platform is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) call tracking and reporting system that empowers users to optimize and automate pay-per-call business processes through intelligent routing, data passing, in-depth data analytics, and comprehensive reporting.

Additionally, the platform leverages data from Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and proprietary APIs to deliver personalized experiences and increase conversion rates. It assists users in identifying the most revenue-driving campaigns while creating a true multi-channel strategy with insights that promote higher conversions.

The platform is a contract-free application that provides a web-based system enabling users to route and track calls for their call centers, affiliates, and customers.
