What do you like best about Restoke?

I have overhauled my food cost and recipe system into Restoke, and am better off for it. A one stop shop for stock management, food costs, prep, and more! Support from the customer service team and the in-built help system is great. Now that I have fully set up the system, it does a lot of the jobs I used to have to do manually. I use Restoke every day for multiple jobs. The integrations with our accounting software and POS were easy and seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Restoke?

The set up has taken a while, but with the in built AI's help, it was much faster than it could have been. Now that it's set up, though, it will update everything automatically as prices change from suppliers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Restoke?

I've been using Restoke.ai for 2 months now, and it's quickly become an essential tool in our day-to-day operations. It's incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, making onboarding and daily use a breeze. I especially appreciate how detail-oriented the platform is-it offers everything I need to track expenses, monitor sales, and pull powerful insights to help us make better decisions.

What do you like best about Restoke?

Restoke streamlines costing recipes and tracking costs of products and stocktakes amazingly, its simple enough for our non-techy Chefs to manage as well and also assists us with tracking things that are checked by our Food Safety Inspections as well. Keeping track of our costs is paramount and Restoke really helps us with this. The fact it integrates with Xero and our POS system easily is also a bonus and in these times essential. The best thing about them is their customer service, I would say its pretty much the most responsive & helpful out of all the systems we use. There is so much to gain from using Restoke. What do you like best about Restoke?

The recent update integrating with square and invoices from gmail giving cogs updates and analysis has been great. I have a constantly changing menu so punching in recipes for costing menus was a bit pointless for me. So yeah extremely happy to have that update. What do you like best about Restoke?

We are currently using restoke for all our recipe costing and our ordering & receiving. We've also got prep lists and daily procedures for our team in restoke. it's been really great for these.

The support has been pretty good, and there's always someone real available on the chat to answer any questions.

there are still a few features that we haven't implemented yet, but will get there over time.

We have Restoke integrated with Xero, Square POS, and Employment Hero (payroll and rostering), and it's pretty solid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Restoke?

Like any complex system, restoke was a HUGE task to setup. we had weekly zoom calls with the onboarding team to assist, but it still took a lot of time. but once it's set up the maintenance is much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Restoke?

Restoke was so easy to implement within our business and super easy to get our staff up to speed. Usability is excellent and it is the easiest way to quickly see and manage how we are tracking - from wastage to food costing to inventory. What do you like best about Restoke?

We've been using Restoke for quite a few years now. The service is great and if you have a problem it's often solved really quickly. I love how Restoke helps us manage everything with our Restaurant from compliance, procedures, recipe costing and helping us check our suppliers pricing so we don't miss the price increases. Restoke does take a while to set up due to all the information you have to enter, but once its in, its set and forget. Then you have so many real time dashboards to see exactly how things are going and things like cost of goods, profit margins on dishes and the impact of price rises by suppliers.
