It's easy enough and for someone who has used several platforms, what I like most about Emburse Spend is it's ability to use documents and workflows internally--meaning that I can create a trip and specify the parameters of that trip set by the company, and that trip becomes an option when delineating other aspects or areas of Emburse (I can attribute receipts, descriptions, etc. to that trip and vice versa). The iOS, Android, and desktop service all offer different features from each other. For example, the iOS app has no way of submitting or viewing drafted expenses, but the Android app and desktop website have the capability of viewing and submitting drafted expenses.
