"Seamless Recruitment with Recruit CRM & ATS"
What do you like best about Recruit CRM & ATS?

I love the Chrome extension, which significantly streamlines collecting LinkedIn profiles with just one click, revolutionizing our recruitment process. The workflow automation tool is impressive, allowing seamless integration with third-party solutions like chat GPT. I appreciate the comprehensive nature of Recruit CRM & ATS, which covers all recruiter needs, and the exceptional support team, who make me feel welcomed and provide invaluable assistance regularly. What do you dislike about Recruit CRM & ATS?

I would like to have more native features within the app. Currently, some features are available, but several of them are add-ons. For example, features like LinkedIn chats inside the platform are a paid add-on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Recruit CRM & ATS?

We really liked and hoped Recruit CRM would work for us given it supports both BD and search process management. It's an ideal situation for an upstart executive recruitment firm. We even had a referral from a friend who liked the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Recruit CRM & ATS?

Unfortunately, service and clarity on how the solution would work once we signed up were both issues. We had to pay for a premium tier of service to test critical features for our use case. Then when we tested these services and determined they would not meet our needs, we immediately (within 36 hours of purchasing) notified the representative that the service would not meet our needs and we needed to cancel. The head of sales and our direct counterpart were friendly enough, but were not able to accommodate our request to cancel and get a refund for our upfront purchase (which again, was required to test the use case we had). We had really wanted this to work out, but I cannot in good faith recommend them at least for someone in our situation, which is founders of a boutique executive search firm. What do you like best about Recruit CRM & ATS?

I've found the usability of the system to be pretty intuitive and easy to use overall! This is our first time driving adherence to an ATS/CRM system for our organization so there's a massive shift in our change of behavior. I've found the system to be easy to grasp and not a barrier to change.

What do you dislike about Recruit CRM & ATS?

The only downside we've encountered thus far is that some of the job posting capabilities and criteria don't fully align for the major role that we recruit for which are sales roles. In sales roles, we need a lot of flexibility to communicate job location potential (there are usually multiple major markets or even regional locations) and the compensation structure is different versus only posting a salary range. There are workarounds for these challenges though so it's not a major hindrance; however, it would be nice to have some adjustments to encompass this function moving forward where possible. What do you like best about Recruit CRM & ATS?

I recently started using Recruit CRM for my recruitment needs and I have been extremely impressed with the product. The software itself is of high quality and offers all the features I need to efficiently manage my hiring process. What's even better is that the pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the level of functionality it provides.

But what really sets Recruit CRM apart is their customer service. Anytime I've had a question or needed assistance, their support team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. It's clear that they care about their customers and are dedicated to providing a great experience. What do you like best about Recruit CRM & ATS?

The customer service at RecruitCRM is incredibly quick, efficient, and they always go above and beyond. The system is easy to use and very customizable.The implmentation process has been quite pleasant. Our talent acquisition team enjoys working in the system and how organized all of their candidates and the process is. The team at RecruitCRM listens to feedback and wants to continuously evolve. Information is very dynamic allowing you access to the info you want making the layout very user-friendly.
