**What do you like best about Recruit CRM & ATS?**

Recruit CRM has been a game-changer for our recruitment processes, streamlining most of our operations. We've been particularly impressed by the professionalism, dedication, and support from every individual we contacted. Their commitment was evident during the transition and training period. The migration process was nearly seamless, and we successfully transitioned without losing any crucial data.

**What do you dislike about Recruit CRM & ATS?**

There are still some reports that are missing, but it would be unreasonable to say that we "dislike" that about Recruit CRM. I've got the info they are working on improving their report system and adding some more features, and in the meantime, we'll be able to pull out necessary reports using their API.

**What problems is Recruit CRM & ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruit CRM offers extensive customization options, allowing us to easily navigate through hiring stages and manage candidates. The LinkedIn extension, in particular, is invaluable for automating our sourcing processes.

**What do you like best about Recruit CRM & ATS?**

We enjoy the easy integration with LinkedIn as well as the automation options throug hthe platform. Rutvik has been particularly helpful as an account manager and the team is thrilled with the change to such an intuitive, cloud-based database!!

**What do you dislike about Recruit CRM & ATS?**

The adjustment period has been quite painless as overall the platform is incredibly customizable - only a few things that can't be changed due to back-end coding. We totally understand, however, and have found work-arounds for all of them.

**What problems is Recruit CRM & ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We like the cloud-based platform for it's speed no matter where our consultants are located. The integration of the "sales/new business" pipeline has helped streamline our processes as well, and the direct calling/texting/etc from the platform (i.e. all the intergration) is such a plus! Big improvement from our old database!

Their email sequencing is a new addition and could still use some additional functionality for ease of use.

Great way to track applicants that we bring into the system. The system is fast and easy to use. Everything is in the right place and easy to find.

They were very accomadating with times I was available. They helped me figure out a solution even though the feature I was asking for  was not an available option. 
Their suggestion solved my issue and I was left happy.

Very easy to navigate, also the RecruitCRM team are always on hand to help with any problems,  and find solutions. Special shoutout to Rutvik, who has been very patient with us and super helpful throughout the whole process. The system integrates easily and can be customized to our wishes.

sometimes there are too many email reminders - but they're easy to switch off!

**What problems is Recruit CRM & ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have struggled to keep in touch with good candidates and client contacts in the past - elements such as Hotlists and Tasks really help our consultants organize their days and prioritize instead of having to dig through a lot of notes and information.

We're also finding it very useful to get back in touch with old clients.

**What do you like best about Recruit CRM & ATS?**

As a recruitment business trying to do something a little different, we also wanted to take this approach when considering our own tech stack. As a result, we wanted to go a CRM that was modern, rather than the 'old-school' options available that are lagging behind the times.

The support team at RecruitCRM are great, and the system is consistently receiving improvements. I've often used the live-chat support, and Sahil and Deeksha have always been happy to jump onto a Google Meet with me to help.

**What do you dislike about Recruit CRM & ATS?**

There is nothing that I dislike about the CRM. It's clean, easy to use and is continually improving. The only thing I'd like to see is more integrations  (not even sure if that's possible though). I.e. Reply.io opt out requests automatically opt contacts out on the CRM too.

**What problems is Recruit CRM & ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's clean, and easy to use with simple data adding options. RecruitCRM has all (and more) functionality than a lot of it's competitors, whilst still being simple to understand and use for new members of the team.

I particularly like the CRM's user experience and ease of use. The candidate tracking capabilities are exceptional, and the level of customisation available is impressive. Moreover, the frequent updates and addition of new features demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and staying up-to-date with user needs

While there is not much to dislike about this CRM, one minor area of improvement is the reporting functionality. However, the development team is actively addressing this issue, which is reassuring. On the positive side, having a dedicated Account Manager has been incredibly beneficial as they are always available to help and keep us informed about the latest updates and features

RecruitCRM has streamlined our business operations. From candidate tracking to optimising our sales teams efforts. With centralised data management this CRM has helpped us to be more efficient. It has also improved collaboration among teams, and provided better insights into customer preferences.

I have been using RCRM since 2018. Its easy to use and the features have been easy to understand and implement. This is my go-to place for my recruitment busines. The customer support deserves 5 stars. They are prompt and quick to respond.

I only use this to store my candidate database. The search function can be better.

The easy of storing the candidate database is a major benefit. I havent used the other functions much.

We had a very complicated migration and RecruitCRM was incredibly helpful in getting us set up on the platform and answering all of our questions. Their customer support is fantastic!

The only thing that we dislike about RecuitCRM is how white the UI is. It sometimes makes it hard to distinguish what page you are on and can get confusing. We have voiced this challenge to their team and I believe they are in the process of making a change!

RecruitCRM lets us navigate our own database of thousands of candidates with ease. We are also able to input data very quickly and share pipeline with hiring managers in a much more seamless manner.

There are lots of features that are super useful for agencies, their support is excellent and they are constantly working on improving their system.

The fact that boolean search is still a bit rudimentary and needs improvement, but they are working on it.

The user experience is very intuitive and visually appealing. The team is extremely helpful in getting you up to speed - and continually answering questions along the way.

Some of the extensions we were already using (i.e. Signal Hire) weren't compatabile, but otherwise no complaints!

Recruit CRM helped us keep track of our various open roles and correlating pipeline. Also provided a way for interested candidates to submit themselves to our database without extra work on our end.

We have used other CRM and ATS services and found Recruit CRM to be the best out there. They prioritize customers and their needs with easy-to-follow explanations to assist us in the best ways to utilize their system.

Recruit CRM is mighty, and I am excited to utilize and harness its powers. I do not have any dislikes to date and do not expect any. Any challenges that we may have had has been user errors.

Recruit CRM has allowed us to implement it within our organization quickly. It will enable us to have everything uniform and in one place. We are now implementing automation that the Recruit CRM team is assisting us with.

it would be ideal if it had also a job ad muliplicator but that would be optimum.

Nothing that I'm aware of, the only thing we missed is that we work with several currencies and thay only accept one

Believe it or not, we did not work with any ATS, and, after a long process of searching and comparing many, we found this one, which is very well suited to our needs.

It's almost too customizable! The opportunities are endless and sometimes I get lost in the detail.

The quick and professional support and the way they are open to listen to our needs. Creating features that are valuable for our business needs.

With some features, I feel it is not a match with our needs, however, we then always find a useful workaround together.

Everything, it is super user friendly. The support team are fantastic, you never wait more than 2 minutes for support.

It lacks integrations and automations but does integrate with Zapier.

Native features are great and principal objects are quite custmizable (candidates, jobs)
A lot of engagement features allow good collaboration.
API is a game changer for automations.

Data vizualisation could be better.
Also an access to Hiring stage table would be great

A lot of time is gained by the teams using the product and they can focus on added value tasks. The tool allows a great collaboration between Talent Managers and Account managers.

Top reasons we moved to RecruitCRM include the LinkedIn Chrome Extension, user-friendly interface and very supportive customer team!

Dashboarding/reporting isn't very mature yet, although it's not a deal-breaker since it's still able to give you some numbers.

Know your 3 non-negotiables for a CRM/ATS and Recruit has it! RCRM is best for any business size. Definitely worth exploring, very easy to reach out to their team and they'll help you through the process.

Most CRM/ATS cater to big companies but Recruit CRM is start-up friendly - transparent, scaleable and efficient with its intuitive design and zapier-enabled automations. We're also very grateful for how easy it is to contact the support team whom have been very responsive to our needs and requests.

**What do you like best about Recruit CRM & ATS?**

It is just a very well planned and designed ATS. You can see that it has features that were missing in other ATSes that we used before. It is intuitive and the RecruitCRM team is always there in case of any issues. They are also listening to customer feedback - I saw our product improvement points implemented in the roadmap and then included in the tool after I reported them to the team.

**What do you dislike about Recruit CRM & ATS?**

Of course, there are a couple of glitches, but they are not critical. It is more about UX and speed of using RecruitCRM. Sometimes you have to refresh the page for the changes to get implemented. But I reported all feedback points gathered from our company to RecruitCRM and hopefully they will be fixed soon.

It is worth trying out, for sure.

Of course, it helps us with our recruitment work. More specifically, it helped us coordinate our internal work, facilitated flow of information across our recruiters, fastened the way of working with our clients and helped our management have better visibility over what all recruiters are doing.

**What do you like best about Recruit CRM & ATS?**

The whole system, but maybe the automatic job board posting, and the user interface, and the integrity. And the label system. It is a little bit unbelievable for me, what these guys just did. I am a head hunter, and I have a recruitment agency, and this system is a lifesaver, and brand builder tools. Beautiful and easy to navigate user interface, with a huge amount of useful functions. These guys exactly know what a recruiter is needed. And one more thing. The label system. I have tried a lot of other tools ( bullhorn, recruitflow, zohorecruiter, jooble etc.) but no one of them had a label system, you can absolutely customize your whole system to your need and languages. You can rewrite any field, and if not, you can add your own custom field, to the job board, or application form, or any area. Unbelievable. I can fully focus on the real job, not on the technical and communication part. And it has a fully integrated email client system, so you can send and receive emails inside recruitcrm. Don't miss it.

Exactly nothing. Really. But of course, nothing is perfect, it could be good if I could have more customization options for my integrated job board. But really? Doesn't matter at all. :-)

If you need an all in one tool for your stuffing, or the recruiting process, don't miss it out. IT is perfect, for recruit agency, head hunters. The will do the business in less time, and less effort with 10 x bigger and faster results. Believe me guys, I tried a lot it is one of the best tools I ever tried.

Easy to post job ads all over the labor market., Easy to communicate with candidates, easy to automate the processes with emails. Easy to communicate with clients, 
have more deals with deals stages.

CRM can be picked up in a day and used immediately. It's so easy to navigate however this does not mean that it lacks in functionality. Our company is better as a result of our partnership with RecruitCRM.

As it's somewhat new there is a slight lack of integrations with other platforms. Although it does communicate with zapier, there are some more niche third party products that it has yet to work with.

If you're considering using Recruit CRM, do it. I transferred across from one of the top contenders in the game and Recruit CRM has excelled in every area. At risk of my competitors having access to a tool that I feel gives me an advantage, I would usually not endorse such a product and keep it a secret for myself, but for the sheer greatness of the system and the team that I speak to day in day out to help me get the most of it, I feel it only fair to express that if you use an ATS/CRM for recruitment, there is no alternative.

Simple for the end user, and amazing reporting tools for managers to see how their team are getting on. The customer service team at Recruit CRM are second to none and couldn't be more helpful and efficient.
