I love that Recruit CRM & ATS is the most customizable platform I have known, after testing other tools like Hellowork, Cadremploi, and Beetween. Innovations are frequent, with several updates each month, and customer support is significantly superior to other more expensive ATS. The ability to go very far in customization perfectly matches our high-level recruitment agency's activity, where our processes often differ from those in the market. Also, the initial setup was very well supported by the Customer Success team and developers, which allowed us to make the tool exactly as we wanted. The native statistical part of the application remained modeled on the native pipelines and properties, which made the statistics incorrect for our customization.
