I love how Recruit CRM makes all of the behind-the-scenes admin a lot quicker. We can customise and automate workflows, allowing our recruitment team more time to actually speak to candidates instead of spending hours on tasks. The customer service and analytics team have been brilliant, answering our queries very quickly and resolving issues as a high priority. Even if we can't do exactly what we want on the CRM, a great alternative solution is always found. The initial setup was very easy thanks to the extensive support we received, including frequent calls with a dedicated account manager. I really like the public sharing link feature in Recruit CRM & ATS. The AI sourcing is still in beta stage and needs improvement too. The initial setup was overwhelming due to multiple features, even though the team made it easier.
