It is just a very well planned and designed ATS. You can see that it has features that were missing in other ATSes that we used before. It is intuitive and the RecruitCRM team is always there in case of any issues. They are also listening to customer feedback - I saw our product improvement points implemented in the roadmap and then included in the tool after I reported them to the team. It is more about UX and speed of using RecruitCRM. Sometimes you have to refresh the page for the changes to get implemented.
