Rechat is an absolute game-changer. It completely unifies our CRM, marketing, and agent tools into one beautifully designed, AI-driven ecosystem that actually works. Having full desktop and mobile fluidity means our agents can run their entire business flawlessly from anywhere. But honestly? The secret weapon is their Figma integration. Being able to bring our own custom luxury designs directly into the platform, giving agents complete independence without diluting our brand identity, is something no other platform could offer. It’s slick, it’s intuitive, and it just flows.

**What do you dislike about Rechat?**

If I’m being picky, I'd love to see the mobile app's quick-editing capabilities get a bit closer to the robust desktop experience to make on-the-fly tweaks even faster. The good news is the Rechat team actually listens to feedback and drops constant feature rollouts, so we know they're always leveling up.

**What problems is Rechat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Rechat, our tech stack was completely fragmented. We were drowning in manual work, literally sending over 75 individual emails one by one every single week. Rechat collapsed all that chaos into a single source of truth. That grueling weekly email process? Reduced to one single click, a 98.7% reduction in manual effort! It has given our agents total marketing autonomy while keeping corporate branding locked down and perfect. Plus, it’s a massive financial win for our team; our agents are saving up to $2,000 a year on third-party website fees because Rechat’s built-in website builder is so incredibly powerful.

**What do you like best about Rechat?**

I love how user-friendly Rechat is for our agents. I frequently hear from them that they really appreciate the email automation and the versatility of the marketing center. As an admin, I also enjoy having more control when creating branded templates so we can stay consistent with our branding, which is very important to us. The integration with our new website creates a seamless experience when sending email marketing. Lucy is a great AI feature as well. AI is becoming extremely relevant in our industry, so it’s essential that the products we use give us access to strong AI tools to help increase business and marketing efficiency. We also really appreciate house helpful support is, they are always prompt in their responses.

**What do you dislike about Rechat?**

There seems to be certain times in the week where we notice a decrease in site speed which at times can become cumbersome when trying to urgently send out an email for our agents, create last minute marketing materials, etc.

**What problems is Rechat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For a long time we had issues with our previous CRM and its non-user-friendliness when it came to email marketing. Having the ability to create beautifully designed emails makes a huge difference in our brand presense in our market.

**What do you like best about Rechat?**

What I like best about Rechat is how seamlessly the Marketing Center, Listing Tools, and CRM work together in one streamlined platform. It is incredibly helpful to have everything in one place, whether we are launching a new campaign, managing client relationships, or promoting a listing. The interface is intuitive, visually polished, and built with real estate professionals in mind. The upsides of using Rechat include saving time, staying organized, and elevating our marketing efforts with ease. In addition, their customer service has been outstanding, always responsive, supportive, and truly committed to helping us succeed.

**What do you dislike about Rechat?**

One area where Rechat could improve is in providing more robust admin privileges. As a support and marketing team, we often need greater access and control to assist our agents more efficiently, especially when it comes to managing their accounts. While the platform itself is strong, having more administrative flexibility would make it even more effective and user-friendly for brokerages and teams supporting multiple agents.

Rechat has helped eliminate the need for multiple platforms by bringing our marketing, CRM, and listing tools into one place. **What do you like best about Rechat?**

I like that they are constantly improving and launching new features ex. Lucy, listing websites, test emails. When we share suggestions, they listen and often implement new features based on feedback. I also really appreciate their live support team.

**What do you dislike about Rechat?**

More than dislike, I get frustrated when we reach out to support and they aren’t able to resolve the issue right away, and it has to be escalated, which delays the resolution time. One of the issues we run into most often involves the print templates, and when those break, we usually need them fixed as soon as possible.

**What problems is Rechat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Implement integrations with platforms like LoLo, Real Scout, and Follow-up Boss. Our agents use multiple platforms, and having to control their contacts in just one place is very convenient.

I love how easy it is to integrate Rechat and change the look of my website. It required no technical skills on my part, just simple drag and drop, which makes the process smooth and accessible. Rechat also ensures a fast and prompt response when I've had to troubleshoot errors, which I really appreciate. My team and I switched from Lofty to Rechat mainly because of its ease of use. The initial setup was easier, allowing me to configure easily and use the drag-and-drop functionality effectively.

The CRM needs improvements, specifically AI configurations to help keep you on task.

It’s ease of use and excellent support. Not to mention, they are adding new exciting things daily and growing with the industry. They have daily webinars to keep you up to date on new features. I’m rather new to CRM;s, but out of the ones I have used ReChat wind all day long.

I would love if they had live support, just a preference. Also, I would love “dark mode”, but I believe they’re working on that.

The all-in-one marketing super app helps our small team produce engaging content and marketing for our agents and audience with extreme ease.

**What do you dislike about Rechat?**

The onboarding process for new agents could be improved. Previously, new accounts got a one-on-one session walking them through how to use the app. That has been phased out and now agents need to self-learn which could be challenging for some.

**What problems is Rechat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending out on-brand content, newsletter creation, the agent network tool is the tool I promote the most to our agents.

**What do you like best about Rechat?**

Rechat has completely changed the way we operate on the admin side, and honestly the biggest thing for us is the ability to impersonate agents and get their marketing out in a matter of seconds, which means our agents stay focused on their deals while we handle everything behind the scenes. On top of that, their support team is genuinely one of the best I have worked with. They actually listen, they implement what you ask for, and they follow through, which is not something you can say about a lot of software companies.

**What do you dislike about Rechat?**

Honestly, there is not much. If I had to pick something, it would be that we cannot edit listing records directly on the front end website (built by Rechat), but even that is by design and saves our admin team time since the information is exactly what's on the MLS. Any bugs or hiccups we have run into have been addressed quickly by their support team.

**What problems is Rechat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rechat has solved almost every pain point we had with our previous platform. Contact management, list building, tagging, uploads, agent training, marketing execution all live in one place now, and the adoption rate among our agents reflects that. We are getting more out of this platform than anything we have used before, and the time savings alone have made a significant impact on how efficiently our team operates.

I really like how Rechat addresses the needs of an agent, with design considerations that make tasks easier. I use the open house sign-in tool quite a bit, and I find the integration with the CRM nice. It's also great for easy social media posting, which adds valuable convenience. Overall, it's a great tool for someone who might not have many tech resources through their brokerage, and I'd recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Rechat?**

I think early on, the billing was clunky. That was a complaint of mine early on, but it seems that that's been better.

**What problems is Rechat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rechat makes marketing easy, streamlines CRM for better people tracking and communication, and integrates open house sign-ins, removing manual steps and automating processes.

**What do you like best about Rechat?**

I use Rechat to manage my CRM and keep track of everyone, and I really love it because it sends me emails to remind me about people's home anniversaries. It's a way for me to just touch base with them and shoot them a quick text if I haven't seen them in a while or spoken with them in a while. I find Rechat pretty user-friendly, and it sounds like they're working on the things that are glitches in my opinion. It's pretty great at keeping me in touch with people when I typically would not stay on top of it, allowing me to check-in with them and keep them organized in a way that they can't all stay in my head.

**What do you dislike about Rechat?**

I find that where you actually have your contacts listed, I would like to be able to modify things from that location, like click on an address and change the address. Would just be easier to keep them all in that one place and change things from that one place that kind of presents like a spreadsheet. It would just be a lot more user-friendly to do it there.

**What problems is Rechat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rechat to manage my CRM and keep track of everyone. It sends me emails for reminders about home anniversaries, helping me stay in touch with people effortlessly. It's user-friendly and organizes contacts, so I don't have to remember everything.

**What do you like best about Rechat?**

I love the amount of customization and intuitive nature of Rechat. The ability to create tags is particularly useful as it gets synced within my brokerage to create mailings for my clients eight times a year. I can just tag the clients I want the mailings to go to, and that’s it. The initial setup was pretty seamless, with our brokerage marketing team handling the transfer of information for us. I find these features really help in managing my client contacts efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Rechat?**

There’s a little bit of lingo involved, and it would be nice to have more plain English. Maybe add an AI chatbot where I can tell them what I’m trying to do and it tells me where.

**What problems is Rechat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rechat to manage my client contacts. It keeps everything organized in one place, allowing me to easily interact with clients. The tagging feature syncs with my brokerage to send client mailings, making communication seamless.

I find Rechat easy and friendly to use. The layout of the emails is very nice to view with good pictures. The teaching videos were clear, which helped with the initial setup.

It's hard to know if all clients are receiving our emails. It's not easy to enter new clients.

**What do you like best about Rechat?**

I use Rechat primarily for contact management, and it really helps me stay connected with my clients and those who support my business. I like the mobile app feature and creating video chats for both social engagement and client interactions. It's easy content that I can feature to grow my social platforms, and it also allows for face-to-face interaction with clients, which I value. Additionally, the initial setup of Rechat was pretty easy. Also, Thomas was amazing at taking us through ReChat and taught us some really awesome things.

**What do you dislike about Rechat?**

I don't like that it doesn’t match deals with anniversary dates automatically.

**What problems is Rechat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rechat for contact management, which helps me stay connected with clients. The mobile app and video chat feature allow for easy content creation, enhancing my social platforms and enabling face-to-face client interaction.

I need to add two or three URL sections in the contact card to add Google reviews, Zillow page, and past sales (MLS link).

Rechat has taken over many of my administrative tasks, freeing up countless hours so I can focus on what I do best. Tasks like targeted listing marketing, which once took me days, now only take seconds. Even preparing for a listing consultation has become much simpler. Rechat truly makes my life easier and gives me back valuable time. I use Rechat every day, and the software is incredibly intuitive—it's hard to imagine anything easier to learn. While they offer webinars, I found that just exploring the platform on my own was enough to understand how it works. I honestly can't picture my work life without Rechat. As a full-time realtor, I consider this an absolute must-have.

**What do you dislike about Rechat?**

Not a lot of negatives, if any, that I can find with Rechat. But since I must, I would say the limitation on amount of emails I can send to my agent network.

**What problems is Rechat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem rechat solves for me is TIME. I get my time back when using Rechat to its full potential. Things that took hours and or days, takes seconds and or mins.

Rechat arguably has one of the most helpful customer support chat features I've used in these types of programs. Their staff is super accommodating and ensure that their clients are happy! The platform itself is smart and accommodating to the ever-changing real estate landscape and digital world. They offer so many webinars to ensure that their users are comfortable using the platform and using it to their best ability. The automations and integrations are nice.

**What do you dislike about Rechat?**

The platform has the bones to be a complete and comprehensive marketing platform, but some areas of the platform are not as intuitive as I'd prefer and it is very dependent on how your organization sets it up. Overall, my dislikes have more to do with our company-specific setup vs Rechat's actual capabilities, as they are still unknown.

The agent network has been such a win for our brokerage in the marketplace. Our agents utilize the tool frequently for both their listings + buyer needs. Their customer support team is also incredibly prompt, which has been helpful during the launch phase.

**What do you dislike about Rechat?**

As with every new platform, there are a few things still in development that we benefited from on our former CRM + marketing platform. This is something that will change with time but some minor hiccups during the roll out phase.

We needed an email marketing platform with a higher email deliverability rate and an easy way for agents to share their listings + buyer needs with agents in our market. This has really rejuvenated our agents excitement regarding technology and we have seen a high adoption rate of the platform.

**What do you like best about Rechat?**

When looking for a CRM, our main focus was being so simple to use that our staff would not only adopt using it, but actually enjoy it as well and ReChat definitely delivers. They have focused on making the features work really well and simple and not cramming a bunch of unnecessary features into a CRM that nobody uses anyway just to say "we have more features", etc. The mobile aspect is very functional as well which is a must in today's world. They have a great support team as well that is ready to help at any given moment.

**What do you dislike about Rechat?**

Some of the reporting and transaction management could be a little more robust but definitely gets the job done.

Providing a very simple to use CRM

Rechat provides agents with the best tools available for CRM, Marketing and Transaction Management.  One tool that works seamlessly and allows agents and brokerages to provide the most advanced, easy to use real estate tools.

It can be difficult to set up all of the tools and requires quite a bit of planning and training to successfully implement.
