"Effective CRM Tool with Minor Improvements Needed"
What do you like best about Rechat?

I use Rechat to manage my CRM and keep track of everyone, and I really love it because it sends me emails to remind me about people's home anniversaries. It's a way for me to just touch base with them and shoot them a quick text if I haven't seen them in a while or spoken with them in a while. I find Rechat pretty user-friendly, and it sounds like they're working on the things that are glitches in my opinion. It's pretty great at keeping me in touch with people when I typically would not stay on top of it, allowing me to check-in with them and keep them organized in a way that they can't all stay in my head. What do you dislike about Rechat?

I find that where you actually have your contacts listed, I would like to be able to modify things from that location, like click on an address and change the address. Would just be easier to keep them all in that one place and change things from that one place that kind of presents like a spreadsheet. It would just be a lot more user-friendly to do it there. What do you like best about Rechat?

I love the amount of customization and intuitive nature of Rechat. The ability to create tags is particularly useful as it gets synced within my brokerage to create mailings for my clients eight times a year. I can just tag the clients I want the mailings to go to, and that’s it. The initial setup was pretty seamless, with our brokerage marketing team handling the transfer of information for us. What do you dislike about Rechat?

There’s a little bit of lingo involved, and it would be nice to have more plain English. Maybe add an AI chatbot where I can tell them what I’m trying to do and it tells me where. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rechat?

I use Rechat primarily for contact management, and it really helps me stay connected with my clients and those who support my business. I like the mobile app feature and creating video chats for both social engagement and client interactions. It's easy content that I can feature to grow my social platforms, and it also allows for face-to-face interaction with clients, which I value. I use Rechat for work tasks like CRM, marketing, and client touch, and I really like its ease of use and marketing features. The contact card is great for spreading my contact and talking points. "Rechat is one if not the best tool I have as a full-time realtor."
What do you like best about Rechat?

Rechat has taken over many of my administrative tasks, freeing up countless hours so I can focus on what I do best. Tasks like targeted listing marketing, which once took me days, now only take seconds. Even preparing for a listing consultation has become much simpler. Rechat truly makes my life easier and gives me back valuable time. I use Rechat every day, and the software is incredibly intuitive—it's hard to imagine anything easier to learn. While they offer webinars, I found that just exploring the platform on my own was enough to understand how it works. I honestly can't picture my work life without Rechat. What I like best about Rechat is how seamlessly the Marketing Center, Listing Tools, and CRM work together in one streamlined platform. It is incredibly helpful to have everything in one place, whether we are launching a new campaign, managing client relationships, or promoting a listing. The interface is intuitive, visually polished, and built with real estate professionals in mind. The upsides of using Rechat include saving time, staying organized, and elevating our marketing efforts with ease. What do you dislike about Rechat?

One area where Rechat could improve is in providing more robust admin privileges. As a support and marketing team, we often need greater access and control to assist our agents more efficiently, especially when it comes to managing their accounts. While the platform itself is strong, having more administrative flexibility would make it even more effective and user-friendly for brokerages and teams supporting multiple agents.
