I love using Rechat for its ease of integrating with Canva, which is a big help for me. I really enjoy the presentations feature, finding them very easy to use and send out, plus they look quite professional. Marketing tools and the ability to send e-blasts stand out for me, especially for notifying agents about my listings and open houses. The open house feature is also great as it helps with signing in attendees and gathering their information, turning them into potential leads. Moreover, I appreciate the triggers and testimonials functions, making it a versatile tool for my business needs. Rechat also streamlines my processes, saving me a lot of time, and is one of the most user-friendly programs I've come across. Plus, the quick and supportive customer service is a big plus when I run into issues.

I love being able to eblast agents about properties, network with other agents through this feature, and personalize the emails I send to them. I also love the AI memo tool because it lets me record my notes and then automatically adds them to my contact’s notes field, where I can review them later and even send them to the client from the conversation if needed. The marketing material that’s automatically created when you list a home is another big plus, since it saves agents time.

The amount of time I am saving is crazy!!! Lucy is my new best friend. I handle all of my social media ads and advertising through her. It has literally saved me 10+ hours a week. I also use Lucy to do a STR newsletter which has saved me hours in research, probably about 10 hours, per monthly newsletter. The amount of publicity I am receiving has increased about 50x the amount I was doing before. I have not gotten into the rest of the programming available just yet. But, the tag option is a game changer, I simply add my newsletter people in tag STR Newsletter and save and I do not have to hunt for specific people, they are all right there. The support I have received from Clair Barha is incredible. I contacted her after 6pm, her time on a Friday and she stopped everything to help me with my computer, it wasn't specifically a Rechat issue.
