Support during the first event would probably make the biggest difference for a reluctant team. An intuitive interface lowers the learning curve, but confidence really builds when organizers know someone can quickly help if registration, streaming, or attendee access goes wrong live. After one smooth event, I’d expect the team to need much less hand-holding.
