It Offers Business Intelligence solutions as well that help in minimizing the cost and increasing the revenue. **What do you dislike about QSROnline?** Nothing to dislike everything is as expected. I feel the product documentation can be customized for newer versions and add support for implementation on Baremetal servers. **Recommendations to others considering QSROnline:** Considering the budget, I found them very supportive and accommodating. **What problems is QSROnline solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have worked with a client that needs to automate the payroll and BI solutions and it did the job within the required budget and within the stipulated timeframe ### 2. It doesn't have any major downfalls. It was never down for maintenance in the time I used it, it always did just what it was supposed to do. **What do you dislike about QSROnline?** It's so no frills that it's almost boring. The design is basic, the features are simple. I was surprised to learn QSR is a major company, the QSROnline looks like an in house designed platform. **What problems is QSROnline solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scheduling, managing time off and employee shifts, messaging employees ### 3. Many of our stores have issues, but customer services says it's user error when some of these managers NEVER have issues. **Recommendations to others considering QSROnline:** You can probably find a more robust software company other than QSR. **What problems is QSROnline solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tip share solution and inventory costs **Official Response from Leann Hastings:** > Hello, Thank you for your feedback.
