"One solution for everything"

What do you like best about QSROnline?

What do you dislike about QSROnline?

Nothing to dislike everything is as expected. I feel the product documentation can be customized for newer versions and add support for implementation on Baremetal servers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"No frills"

What do you like best about QSROnline?

This program gets the job done. It doesn't have any major downfalls. It was never down for maintenance in the time I used it, it always did just what it was supposed to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QSROnline?

It's so no frills that it's almost boring. The design is basic, the features are simple. I was surprised to learn QSR is a major company, the QSROnline looks like an in house designed platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Outdated and Glitchy"

What do you like best about QSROnline?

What do you dislike about QSROnline?

It is very glitchy and the customer service isn't that great. Many of our stores have issues, but customer services says it's user error when some of these managers NEVER have issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
