**What do you like best about QSROnline?**

This program gets the job done. It doesn't have any major downfalls. It was never down for maintenance in the time I used it, it always did just what it was supposed to do.

**What do you dislike about QSROnline?**

It's so no frills that it's almost boring. The design is basic, the features are simple. I was surprised to learn QSR is a major company, the QSROnline looks like an in house designed platform.

**What problems is QSROnline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling, managing time off and employee shifts, messaging employees
