What do you like best about ProScheduler WFM?

I really like the interface that allows you to drag and drop from an issue list, to any resource individual available in a very user friendly platform. I also like how you can manage programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProScheduler WFM?

The resource creation process is not as straight forward as expected. When creating a resource within the platform, the way the input fields are setup are not very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ProScheduler WFM?

It quickly establishes staff schedules (breaks/lunches/etc) to minimize disruption during peak times throughout the day. The agents also have quick access to view/trade shifts with the portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
