What do you like best about ProManage?

I’ve been using ProManage for almost a year now, and it’s made managing our Google My Business listings so much easier. The dashboard is clean, simple, and saves a ton of time. I can check performance, update details, and track multiple locations in one place without any confusion.

Their GMB services have been spot on. Whether it’s updating listings, tracking rankings, or keeping information consistent, the tool has helped us stay on top of everything. I especially like the way it presents insights in a way that’s easy to understand and take action on.

One of the best parts is the support team they’re always quick to respond, come up with new solutions, and get things done on time. Even if something is slightly complex, they figure it out and make sure it’s implemented smoothly.

What do you like best about ProManage?

ProManage has been great for our clinic.

Managing my location and offerings was starting to stretch for me.

Since we onboarded with ProManage, everything feels more structured, easier to track, and a lot more automated.

The platform is user friendly.

We use microsites for our location, they now act as our landing pages on Google and drive real appointments and walk-ins.

The onboarding experience was also standout, the ProManage team took ownership and didn’t just hand over a playbook.

What do you dislike about ProManage?

While the platform overall performs exceptionally well, we’ve noticed a slight delay (about a day) in reporting metrics—though we understand this is due to limitations in the Google Business Profile API. Additionally, support for Apple Maps listings would be a valuable addition for a more holistic location management experience. We’re hopeful these features will evolve in future updates. What do you like best about ProManage?

I’ve used a bunch of tools over the years, one for listings, one for reviews, another for messaging. With Promanage, everything I need is finally in one place.

What I love most is how effortless it has become to keep our clinic’s info updated across Google, Bing, Apple Maps, and more with zero manual effort.

When my clinic hours changed for the festival season, it updated across every platform in under 10 minutes.

The Profile Booster even pointed out we were missing key tags like “ Panchakarma treatment” that patients actually search for.

The AI Review Replies are spot-on, they respond quickly, sound like our brand, and keep engagement high without me having to write every response.

The AI Brand Support chatbot is another favorite. It handles incoming queries, chats with leads, and even converts them while I’m focused on other campaigns.
