**What do you like best about ProManage?**

I’ve been using ProManage for almost a year now, and it’s made managing our Google My Business listings so much easier. The dashboard is clean, simple, and saves a ton of time. I can check performance, update details, and track multiple locations in one place without any confusion.

Their GMB services have been spot on. Whether it’s updating listings, tracking rankings, or keeping information consistent, the tool has helped us stay on top of everything. I especially like the way it presents insights in a way that’s easy to understand and take action on.

One of the best parts is the support team they’re always quick to respond, come up with new solutions, and get things done on time. Even if something is slightly complex, they figure it out and make sure it’s implemented smoothly.

Overall, ProManage is a reliable and efficient tool for local SEO management. If you’re looking for a way to simplify GMB updates, save time on manual work, and get consistent results, I’d recommend it.

We manage multiple GMB listings in the real estate industry, and one recurring issue has been competitors making unauthorized changes to our profiles especially replacing our phone numbers and website links with theirs. ProManage completely solves this problem by actively protecting all our listings from such edits. On top of that, the platform makes managing, updating, and tracking GMB listings extremely easy.

**What do you like best about ProManage?**

ProManage has been great for our clinic.

Managing my location and offerings was starting to stretch for me.

Since we onboarded with ProManage, everything feels more structured, easier to track, and a lot more automated.

The platform is user friendly. 

We use microsites for our location, they now act as our landing pages on Google and drive real appointments and walk-ins.

The onboarding experience was also standout, the ProManage team took ownership and didn’t just hand over a playbook.

They guided us through setup, cleaned up listings, optimized our profile score, and showed us how to track keyword rankings.

**What do you dislike about ProManage?**

Nothing for now, all seems to be great with ProManage.

We had a mix of issues such as some listings had outdated photos or incorrect hours

What stands out the most about ProManage is its ability to effortlessly centralize the management of all our 315+ Unimoni branch listings on Google. From updating business information and auto-posting content to tracking reviews and improving our local SEO rankings, everything is streamlined under one dashboard. The AI-driven optimization tools and insights have significantly enhanced our GMB visibility and performance, while saving us hours of manual effort every week. It's a total game-changer for multi-location brands like ours.

**What do you dislike about ProManage?**

While the platform overall performs exceptionally well, we’ve noticed a slight delay (about a day) in reporting metrics—though we understand this is due to limitations in the Google Business Profile API. Additionally, support for Apple Maps listings would be a valuable addition for a more holistic location management experience. We’re hopeful these features will evolve in future updates.

**What do you like best about ProManage?**

I’ve used a bunch of tools over the years, one for listings, one for reviews, another for messaging. With Promanage, everything I need is finally in one place.

What I love most is how effortless it has become to keep our clinic’s info updated across Google, Bing, Apple Maps, and more with zero manual effort. 

When my clinic hours changed for the festival season, it updated across every platform in under 10 minutes. 

The Profile Booster even pointed out we were missing key tags like “ Panchakarma treatment” that patients actually search for.

I now get notified of every review, and the AI suggestions are on point. No more delay in replying. It just makes us look sharp.

**What do you dislike about ProManage?**

The internal ticketing system is decent, but not something we use heavily. 

I can see it being more useful for larger teams  for me, it's a nice to have.

Before Promanage, my clinic had solid word of mouth, but we were invisible online.

ProManage makes it very easy to update and manage product listings across multiple stores. It helps us keep store information accurate and visible on Google, which is very important for customer discovery. Before ProManage, reputation management felt scattered and reactive.

Now, I have one clean dashboard to monitor, respond, and update listings.

The interface is super intuitive. 

Even our front desk leads now confidently respond to reviews, schedule posts, and track listing performance without needing extra training. 

The support team is always available and proactive.

Iit saves me hours every week. I especially love how I can track customer interactions, rankings, and review scores all in one place without hopping between tabs.

It’s also a huge plus that I can interact with customer reviews and monitor analytics from the same screen.

Nothing much. They do what they promised. Probably they can be a bit more assertive in their presentations.

Once we started to use this Pro manage tool we integrated all listings into this platform and from this we do manage customer reviews and giving replies instantly with their AI based reply.
