How much does Prodoscore cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Prodoscore pricing in 2026 starts at $19.99. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Prodoscore's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Prodoscore pricing best suited for?

Prodoscore's pricing is best suited for mid-market organizations with 51 to 1,000 employees managing remote or hybrid workforces, which represents the dominant reviewer segment in G2 data. Staffing and recruiting firms appear most frequently across G2 reviews of Prodoscore, leveraging Bullhorn, Vonage, and Outlook integrations for recruiter activity tracking and coaching. Legal, insurance, IT services, and telecommunications industries also show strong adoption. The Basic tier fits teams needing visibility into work patterns and tool utilization without complex integrations. Prodoscore's Premium tier targets operations requiring CRM or ATS connectivity, flight risk detection, and workforce planning. Small businesses with straightforward remote monitoring needs also report strong satisfaction at the entry tier.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Prodoscore?

Prodoscore offers no free tier. According to G2's pricing data for Prodoscore, two paid tiers exist, both requiring direct vendor contact for pricing. The Basic tier covers desktop activity monitoring, Microsoft or Google Office Suite API integration, activity analytics, employee comparison, org patterns, tech adoption tracking, and weekly reports with email and phone support. Prodoscore's Premium tier adds unlimited API integrations into business tools such as ATS, CRM, ticketing, and phone systems, plus employee flight risk signals, role benchmarks, ABC player analysis, data science services, custom reporting, and workforce intelligence add-ons covering organizational network analysis, capacity planning, and performance management. G2 reviewers specifically highlight CRM and ATS integrations as high-value Premium differentiators.

Is Prodoscore considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers rate Prodoscore at 4.5/5 overall, signaling strong satisfaction relative to cost. The most explicit pricing concern comes from a medical devices reviewer who called Prodoscore too expensive for what is provided, citing limited custom reporting and no open API. That said, the vast majority of G2 reviews emphasize high ROI through remote workforce visibility, coaching efficiency, tool utilization insights, and reduced micromanagement overhead. Reviewers across staffing, legal, insurance, and IT sectors consistently describe measurable productivity gains. The hands-on customer success support, frequently praised by name, adds perceived value. For remote-heavy mid-market teams, G2 data on Prodoscore suggests the investment is well justified; smaller or budget-constrained teams should weigh customization limitations carefully.

What do you dislike about Prodoscore?

It is a product that is still growing which comes with some limitations, but I actually see this as a positive because they are willing to take and implement your feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Prodoscore?

I love how Prodoscore puts everything in one place—being able to see Bullhorn activities, call time, volume, and even which sites people are spending time on, all in a single dashboard, is a game changer. It makes coaching so much more targeted and effective, especially for new managers or green team members. The team has been super hands on with all the customizations and requests we have sent when it comes to coaching reports. There is a lot of up front work that has to be done from a management stand point but once everything is built out/set up, the accuracy has been reliable. The AI chat and upcoming MCP features sound like they'll make things even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prodoscore?

There are some customizations we wish were already available. We want inactive time to count against the scoring which is not possible now, so if a user is inactive for 5 hours between 8 am to 5 pm, this has no affect on the employee's score. For our company specifically, we are heavy Amplify users in Bullhorn and prefer our employees to use Amplify over ChatGPT or Claude. So we wish there was a way for Prodoscore to track Bullhorn Amplify AI chat activity since that's something we're really pushing, but I understand that's more of a limitation on the Bullhorn side. Response from Nadine Sarraf of Prodoscore

Thanks so much for the feedback, Kelsey. It's very much appreciated.

Regarding your comment about the Bullhorn Amplify challenge, we understand and agree. At this time, Bullhorn does not surface this data directly to third-party tools like Prodoscore. However, we have been working with Bullhorn directly to try and get this level of detail surfaced in our platform. We will keep you posted on progress!

Thanks again for the feedback.
