**What do you like best about Prodoscore?**

Everyday, I get an email with my teams score from the day prior. When you log in, you can see very clearly a timeline of your team members day and what they did. Instead of asking a sales person to "recap" their day, I can easily look for my self. It replaces the narrative with data and facts.

This is great for top performers who don't want to waste time explaining what they did in a day, week or month. As for lower performers, you can evaluate the data to determine whether it is an activity or efficacy issue, 

It's a win-win!

**What do you dislike about Prodoscore?**

I don't dislike anything about this tool. I look forward to seeing additional features added in the future.

**Recommendations to others considering Prodoscore:**

Highly recommend.  Top performers will love it.

**What problems is Prodoscore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using Prodoscore takes the detective work off of my plate so I can focus on higher value activities. We are able to have meaningful conversations about pipeline and results vs. activity.

**What do you like best about Prodoscore?**

I like that the functionalities of Prodoscore allow me to see what individuals are doing objectively. I'm even able to take the data out of the software and utilize statistical models to test relationships. Using Prodsocre allows me to better understand what technological resources employees use and which ones sit idle. If I see a top producer makes more salesforce calls and schedule more meetings than my low performers, I now have an activity to support and promote in underperforming staff.

**What do you dislike about Prodoscore?**

I'd like to see my weekly and monthly averages as easily as I see my daily Prodoscore.

**Recommendations to others considering Prodoscore:**

I believe Prodoscore offers strong promise as being a valid indicator of employee productivity. Working as a behavioral scientist, I've recognized the thought that went into determining the inputs going into an employee's Prodoscore and I'm completely on board. I believe caution should be taken to not highlight an employee's decrease in Prodoscore because we all know what that means. Instead, I believe users should leverage Prodoscore to get the behaviors they want out of employees and use it as a behavioral reinforcement tool.

**What problems is Prodoscore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm looking for an objective way to measure employee behaviors in the workplace. Surveys only take my work so far and using a tool like Prodoscore, I now have a dynamic behavioral indicator I can use to correlate with the surveys I use. I can finally start to see how different personality types work and use this information for predictive modeling. The benefits of using Prodoscore depend on how you use the data. Personally, I enjoy the richness of the data and the stories it allows me to tell. I can see others benefiting from the real-time feedback Prodoscore offers and its ability to keep you within a certain productivity threshold.

The visibility to productivity trends and the opportunity that the tool provides to increase sales effectiveness.

It would be a better experience to be able to capture less known thrird party application activity.

We are using the tool to measure our sales team's productivity and can quickly identify areas of improvement that will untimately increase sales performance metrics.

**What do you like best about Prodoscore?**

You can get a single score that tells you who among your employees is doing way better when compared to others. You can get more details, but this single score gives you the peace of mind as a manager that you are being very objective in both rewarding employees as well as having the tough conversations.

**What do you dislike about Prodoscore?**

This is a very simple and straight forward tool, so there is not much to dislike. But there are lots of additional features that can be added, and our sense is that they are in the roadmap.

**What problems is Prodoscore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is very difficult to accurately know how productive your employees are. Studies say a vital few pull most of the load. So, the biggest problem with this situation is that you know "at a high level" who is pulling the weight and who is not. But Prodoscore gave clear confirmation to what we've known subjectively and with clear proof. This enhanced, increased visibility is the primary benefit we've realized. This has led to meaningful performance conversations both positively reinforcing the good performers and strongly encouraging the others.

Prodoscore provides the data to accelerate employee growth, see what tools are most useful and which are not providing enough value and enable remote teams with what is needed to get the job done.

The more integrations the better. It seems like Prodoscore is adding new integrations at a steady pace which is great.

**Recommendations to others considering Prodoscore:**

I would recommend a company-wide message during rollout to managers on why Prodoscore is being implemented and provide training to all.

**What problems is Prodoscore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Productivity trends provide coaching lessen opportunities. We now have a better grasp on our cloud software adoption and have made decisions to invest in new tools while getting rid lesser used ones. And with the new WFH environment, Prodoscore provides managers quick insights into new hires and their work ethic.

**What do you like best about Prodoscore?**

It's  not just remote employees that prompted us to become a customer but rather having the ability to gauge productivity across the entire company. 

Moreover, the data gathered allows us to focus on specific areas for improvement and renders us capable of helping less productive members. This can be done by pointing out and sharing the details of those who are more effective at their respective roles in similar positions with less productive members.

**What do you dislike about Prodoscore?**

So far so good given they have the capacity to track and extract data for all the apps we use.Moving forward I am hoping they can keep up with any changes we make in the applications we use, especially apps that may not be mainstream platforms.

**What problems is Prodoscore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Prodoscore for a variety of business critical purposes. Of course, with the prevalence of remote workers it is a crucial tool to give us peace of mind that we are getting the ROI expected from employees, regardless of department or position. 
We are also adamant that it is used to educate and motivate our employees by using data from the most productive members to identify what measures can be taken for improvement.

**What do you like best about Prodoscore?**

Having visibility into what my sales team is doing on a daily / weekly basis is extremely valuable. Prodoscore is my morning paper. The data insights allow me to better manage my sales team, improve my weaker employees and validate my strongest employees.

**What do you dislike about Prodoscore?**

The only thing I dislike is when new employees aren't familiar with this type of tool, I need to explain the benefits for them, as well as for me.

**Recommendations to others considering Prodoscore:**

Be honest with your sales team about implementing this tool. If you do that right, it will allow for friendly competition amongst your team.

**What problems is Prodoscore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prodoscore allowed me to see problems that I didn't even know existed. I get a daily view of the productivity of my remote sales team. Since all of my team is remote, prodoscore is key to understanding what is working and what isn't working. This tool has helped increase our sales, our messaging and our marketing. Its also allowed me to be a better manager/coach to help improve all of my reps.

Prodoscore tracks all my daily activity, giving me insight on areas to improve.

I would like to see what employees are beating me or who I am beating (specific people).

If you are looking for an insights tool for all employee's daily activities Prodoscore is the product. You must leverage the technologies (voice, collaboration, CRM) that Prodoscore leverages. You will see the adoption of your current tech stack.

Time management. When to do email vs phone prospecting.

Allows for remote work that is NOT spyware. Great tool/platform to manage remotely distributed teams. Plus as a lifelong sales pro I love that Prodoscore can allow me to really shine based on my activites VS just measuring sales production...now it is activites that tie directly to sales results.

**What do you dislike about Prodoscore?**

Nothing I can think of, the product is easy to use, easy to deploy and delivers on it promise.

**What problems is Prodoscore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Originally our focus was managing/optimizing sales team with Prodoscore but with Covid and forced working from home (likely now for long term perhaps forever) Prodoscore has been a life saver to help manage the entire team in a remote setting...lifesaver.

I have total visibility in my teams daily activities, emails, calls, SFDC activity, as well as google activities completed. I see all, I know all, and I can use this information to ensure time and efforts are used properly.

**What do you dislike about Prodoscore?**

As a manager level user, having a better idea of how the weighting is done and what exactly produces the best score would be great.

**What problems is Prodoscore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team has increased productivity since we moved to 100% WFH all thanks to Prodoscore. Team members get the updates, see their scores and it has created an environment where no one wants to be on the bottom. It is easily gamified.

I like the fact that I get to track my teams internal and external activity and engagement. Prodoscore integrates with all of the business tools that we use.

I have not experience any dislikes with the product.

I am know able to track engagement levels of all team members. This tools has given me the ability to see trends in activity and then time them back to sales results. there is a correlation between the 2. Prior  to Prodoscore I was making assumptions.

Nothing. I didn't like that it was gSuite only but now I understand you can integrate O365 with Prodoscore.

Relatively new to market, so engaging the early adopters without lots of local reference customers slows the adoption process.

In the program itself, the lack of qualitative / open response feedback opportunity for employees is what I perceive to be one of the downsides of the program.

Prodoscore solves the problem of employee monitoring, while providing insights for . One large benefit is that it is an objective indicator that is not confounded by leadership bias.

Very good insights on your team, curves behaviors to use the tools we've implemented as an organization.

It's solving the question of whether or not a team member is working and what they are working on that is not in their calendar as calendars can be deceptive. Benefits would include a deeper conversation with the team member on what they can be doing more efficiently to be effective.

It enables our sales and sales operations stakeholders to manage behaviors and get in-front of lack of engagement before it's too late.

It's a powerful tool, and like most powerful tools, they can be detrimental in the wrong hands.  Need to make sure managers are properly trained on how to use.

I had a blind spot in quantifying activities and rep engagement, Prodoscore came to the rescue!

Algorithm provides quantifiable measurements into key performance metrics employees are already doing

When newer applications and technologies are introduced into the workforce cadence, the algorithm must be re-set. This cannot be avoided however, with rapid advancements happening in certain industries all the time

The flexibility to measure different aspects for different departments based on what activities are meaningful within their own day to day workload.

**What do you dislike about Prodoscore?**

The misconception that this is THE management tool and not a tool used with other aspects of data to effectively manage employees.  This is a people problem not a Prodoscore problem.

**What problems is Prodoscore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility into activity driven employees.  We found that we were overstaffed in a specific department and were able to make changes that we wouldn't have known without the visibility that Prodoscore provides.

I like that it gives me insight into the success and areas of improvement for my reps, especially as we have moved solely to a remote environment.

**What do you dislike about Prodoscore?**

In the reports back to the reps, I wish it would give them the feedback of ways to improve in the email (example: email activity down, did you look into ZoomInfo to build a campaign?)

**What problems is Prodoscore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lack of prospecting.  As outside sales consultants we strive to build pipeline through all our channels and Prodoscore helps to see where we need to increase momentum.

Having a birds eye view on productivity is great.

Sometimes the reps don't like to feel like they're being watched - sometimes reps can be productive outside of some tools.

We are always looking to increase productivity of employees and have items to coach on for improvement.
