Prodoscore has been a handy tool for gaining visibility into daily productivity. I really appreciate how clearly it shows each team member’s activity and engagement throughout the day. The dashboard provides straightforward, actionable insights that make managing performance much simpler. Implementation was quick and seamless, and the customer support team has been excellent. Prodoscore helps with managing the day to day operations of a large (and primarily remote) staff. Using their high-level view, the dashboards are easy to read and allow us to drill down into the data as needed. Along with other metrics, the data provided has helped identify folks we want to pat on the back for their performance, and conversely, identify employees that were under-performing. No downsides to mention. The product has worked great for our organization and has been complemented by fantastic account managers that are committed to making sure we are getting the best level of service possible. It helps keep an eye on general productivity, especially for remote teams. As a manager of a remote team, I use it every day to keep an eye on my team's activity and to hold myself accountable as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are gaps, like for example if something is being worked on in Microsoft Office on the computer rather than web version, or if employees are attending in person meetings. It can create tension internally when certain leaders put too much emphasis on Prodoscore as the only measure of productivity. I like the multitude of data sets it analyses to help formulate a overall great/ healthy/ successful work environment. It has really enlighten me on how to evaluate rep behavior and what key factors should be taken into account when evaluating performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
