But no problem, because I'm very happy and satisfied to use this tool. It is quite complete and meets all minimum requirements. For me, good customer service is very important and they offer it. **Recommendations to others considering Primaseller:** Primaseller it has helped me in managing the inventory smoothly. Its really great to manage your Online orders. If you want to manage your own store this is indicated tool. If you are looking for software with a good price, do not think about it anymore. They have a great team that is always willing and able to help all users. They solve problems, offer help. So, they are very complete. **What problems is Primaseller solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Primaseller for managing orders and inventory for my Amazon store, as well as my own online store. It's very easy for me to manager my own channel of sale. I save lot of time. I recommend it to anyone with a store that makes sales online and also has a physical store. ### 3. Primaseller helps me to sync inventory across both these channels of sale. I can keep myself updated at all times about the inventory at both my stores.This is very useful information. **What do you dislike about Primaseller?** I would have liked it if Primaseller was integrated with Paytm and Shopclues as well, as I intend to sell my products there too. **Recommendations to others considering Primaseller:** Its a very cost-effective product. For the number of features they provide, they are priced very reasonably. Their support is also quite good. I would recommend Primaseller to sellers who sell through their physical stores and through online channels, be it your own online stores or marketplaces. **What problems is Primaseller solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am definitely able to solve the issue of inventory sync between my offline and online channels of sale. Apart from this, they provide many features that any retailer would require, like barcoding, invoice generation, accounting integration and more.
