What do you like best about Prefixbox?

The search engine functions optimally and provides supplementary features that suggest suitable products, product categories, and other merchandising options in e-commerce. Additionally, the customer support is exceptional, and despite not participating in the implementation of the tool, the current support level indicates that the process was likely seamless. What problems is Prefixbox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prefixbox allowed us to implement an effective and customer-friendly search engine in our e-commerce without the need to engage a development team. Every day, it allows customers to quickly and easily find what they are looking for, and from the application user's perspective, it allows them to easily adjust and improve the operation of the search engine and analyze its results and effectiveness. What do you like best about Prefixbox?

My favorite thing about Prefixbox is how multi-faceted the solution is. We started with two of Prefixbox’s modules (Autocomplete and Related Searches), and after the early success, we implemented the entire solution.

We have developed a strong partnership and are open to test new features and solution they develop. This is an easy process with Prefixbox because they A/B test every new solution and regularly present the results to us, so deciding if we want to add a new feature is an easy, data-backed decision.

We also use their search to power our mobile app. It’s great to have one solution that solves all of our search problems across all platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Prefixbox?

What problems is Prefixbox solving and how is that benefiting you?

When we first discovered Prefixbox, we were on the lookout for ideas on how to make our online store more shopper-friendly and assist our site’s visitors in finding the desired products as easily and quickly as possible. Prefixbox has proven to be an invaluable asset in our quest to eliminate false zero-result pages and suggest genuinely relevant products for our shoppers. By optimizing these touchpoints in the shopping journey, we have not only increased our sales but also ensured the satisfaction of our customers, both of which continuously lead us to substantial revenue growth.

We also use a form of Prefixbox Merchandizing (Brand Promotion) to help our brands get noticed by highlighting their offerings through banner ads at the top of the Search Engine Result Pages. One of our newly integrated tools from Prefixbox is the User Feedback Tool, which makes it easier for our customers to notify us about any issues they’re facing with product search on our site, eliminating the need for lengthy customer service sessions. What do you like best about Prefixbox?

We have been working together for 5+ years, and Prefixbox has always been a fantastic partner to come up with innovative, unconventional solutions for our search needs. They keep on delivering immediate and measurable results, they are exceptionally flexible and easy to work with. With their help we can provide our users with an excellent search experience, which is paramount for us. We are working closely together on continuously improving the solution with new, innovative features, and we consider them a lot more like a part of our team rather than just software providers. What do you dislike about Prefixbox?

The only thing I would dislike is if our competitors used their solution. But aside from the joke, there’s nothing I could change with our cooperation. The implementation had a few challenges, but only because they wanted to provide a solution that met our unique needs, and afterwards, the results spoke for themselves. I’m 100% sure that neither an off-the-shelf solution nor an in-house search team could come even close to the quality of the search engine Prefixbox provides us with.
