The sales and technical support from Prefixbox is outstanding—any time I have a question or problem, it's typically resolved within a couple of hours. They are quick to respond, eager to help, and even tweak the AI engine if needed. Their software works surprisingly well, and we found that the AI-driven chat generates more detailed and accurate answers quicker than we could manually. The initial setup was very easy, taking only about an hour or so. Used to, our online chat was very limited becasue we could only assist a few customers at once, but with Prefixbox's chatbot, we see lower ticket email volume and increased sales because the bot can not only assist hundreds of customers at once but also recommend products the customer may like. Additionally, the support is incredible. Anytime I have had a question or concern, they respond immediately. The pricing is also very fair and well worth it. Overall, Prefixbox's performance is extremely impressive, and we are excited to continue working with them! **What do you dislike about Prefixbox?** There is nothing at this time that we dislike, but we do look forward to continuing to work together on more complex projects and seeing all the opportunities! **What problems is Prefixbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prefixbox chatbox is able to assist customers with order status, product recommendations, and general questions without a human agent ever seeing or touching the ticket. We started with two of Prefixbox’s modules (Autocomplete and Related Searches), and after the early success, we implemented the entire solution. We have developed a strong partnership and are open to test new features and solution they develop. This is an easy process with Prefixbox because they A/B test every new solution and regularly present the results to us, so deciding if we want to add a new feature is an easy, data-backed decision. We also use their search to power our mobile app. It’s great to have one solution that solves all of our search problems across all platforms. **What do you dislike about Prefixbox?** I couldn’t mention any problems with the software or the team. **What problems is Prefixbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we first discovered Prefixbox, we were on the lookout for ideas on how to make our online store more shopper-friendly and assist our site’s visitors in finding the desired products as easily and quickly as possible. Prefixbox has proven to be an invaluable asset in our quest to eliminate false zero-result pages and suggest genuinely relevant products for our shoppers. By optimizing these touchpoints in the shopping journey, we have not only increased our sales but also ensured the satisfaction of our customers, both of which continuously lead us to substantial revenue growth. We also use a form of Prefixbox Merchandizing (Brand Promotion) to help our brands get noticed by highlighting their offerings through banner ads at the top of the Search Engine Result Pages. With their help we can provide our users with an excellent search experience, which is paramount for us. We are working closely together on continuously improving the solution with new, innovative features, and we consider them a lot more like a part of our team rather than just software providers. **What do you dislike about Prefixbox?** The only thing I would dislike is if our competitors used their solution. But aside from the joke, there’s nothing I could change with our cooperation. The implementation had a few challenges, but only because they wanted to provide a solution that met our unique needs, and afterwards, the results spoke for themselves.
