Prefixbox has changed the way we offer support! Used to, our online chat was very limited becasue we could only assist a few customers at once, but with Prefixbox's chatbot, we see lower ticket email volume and increased sales because the bot can not only assist hundreds of customers at once but also recommend products the customer may like. Additionally, the support is incredible. Anytime I have had a question or concern, they respond immediately. The pricing is also very fair and well worth it. Overall, Prefixbox's performance is extremely impressive, and we are excited to continue working with them!

The search engine functions optimally and provides supplementary features that suggest suitable products, product categories, and other merchandising options in e-commerce. Additionally, the customer support is exceptional, and despite not participating in the implementation of the tool, the current support level indicates that the process was likely seamless.

My favorite thing about Prefixbox is how multi-faceted the solution is. We started with two of Prefixbox’s modules (Autocomplete and Related Searches), and after the early success, we implemented the entire solution. We have developed a strong partnership and are open to test new features and solution they develop. This is an easy process with Prefixbox because they A/B test every new solution and regularly present the results to us, so deciding if we want to add a new feature is an easy, data-backed decision. We also use their search to power our mobile app. It’s great to have one solution that solves all of our search problems across all platforms.
