Additionally, the customer support is exceptional, and despite not participating in the implementation of the tool, the current support level indicates that the process was likely seamless.

My favorite thing about Prefixbox is how multi-faceted the solution is. We started with two of Prefixbox’s modules (Autocomplete and Related Searches), and after the early success, we implemented the entire solution. We have developed a strong partnership and are open to test new features and solution they develop. This is an easy process with Prefixbox because they A/B test every new solution and regularly present the results to us, so deciding if we want to add a new feature is an easy, data-backed decision. We also use their search to power our mobile app. It’s great to have one solution that solves all of our search problems across all platforms.
