What do you like best about PowerReviews?

Implementation process was smooth, support and data was excellent, but ever since the Bazaarvoice partnership ending and I think new ownership, the quality in syndication and support has been lacking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PowerReviews?

Wish there was a feature to help the dashboard of reviews that need action function more as a worklist (marking things resolved or completed etc). I also wish there was more proactive support and transparency. I feel like the only reason our team has gotten explanations on what is going on with contracts and partner syndication is because we caught on to something missing and being wrong and hounded our CSMs about it. This makes me feel like I cannot trust them to inform me when something will have negative impact on our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
