**What do you like best about Poimapper?**

Form builder workspace allows us to build several forms in a simple way, duplicate and compare questions.
The software works perfectly in desktop, laptop and mobile devices. Offline collection works fine and we can store the data and make the uploads as soon as there is net signal available, without losing any data, including GPS coordinates.
We can edit the forms while testing them in real time, without losing any data. Edition is also possible after data collection.
The data viewer in table and map view allows us to follow the progress of our work in real time, all over the different locations where we're working.
Graphs and reports are easy to generate and export.
Technical assistance is prompt and effective.

**What do you dislike about Poimapper?**

The graphs and reports have some limitations to edit when downloaded to Excel and Word format. 
The Generate reports feature could also include more options of statistical treatment (e.g. average, count, distribution) according to each type of question in the same report.

**Recommendations to others considering Poimapper:**

Poimapper is very easy to use and one of the best solutions if you have multiple forms to apply and work with many users, in different geographic locations.

**What problems is Poimapper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using Poimapper to assess the social impact of different projects, from education to housing, from water and energy to health, gathering the perspectives of different stakeholders, according to selected impact metrics. 
Poimapper helped us collect, store and treat data usable for statistical treatment in all those sectors, all over the country, combining all the work we needed in one single platform.

**What do you like best about Poimapper?**

-It's super easy to use
-Project Managers get instant access to the field data - great collaboration
-Saving pictures along with the data is key for our business
-Ability to export the data 
-Custom forms capability
-Ability to use off-line then upload when on Wifi
-On top of all the great features, the support provided by PoiMapper's team is unbeatable. They respond and resolve issues quickly and professionally. 

**What do you dislike about Poimapper?**

-would like to see mass edits capability - Poimapper says it is coming in future releases, so that's good


**What problems is Poimapper solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In order for Inovus LocalSolar™ projects to be successful, each individual light pole’s characteristics need to be captured, recorded, and mapped to determine the structural feasibility. By simply using a mobile phone, PoiMapper™ allows Inovus Solar to quickly record each pole’s details, take pictures, and map its GPS coordinates. Once the pole details are gathered, the field technician instantaneously uploads the data to the cloud making mobile phones the most powerful tool in the Inovus Solar toolkit.  The program helps eliminate field errors and vastly improved the quality of our data collection process that is critical to our success. Just as important, it has also improved our collaboration between our Engineers and Project Managers giving the team instant access to the data.
