They first worked with us to understand our data and our goals for our data, which was a really helpful process for us! Then, using their extensive knowledge of CRMs and best practices for managing and cleaning data, the team was able to coach and directly assist us in understanding how to collect, organize, and clean our data, and then how to import it into the new system. They also helped us to customize the CRM for our uses, and set up Zapier integrations to assist with automatic data imports from our website. All of this would have been exceedingly tricky for us to figure out ourselves. The Plative team made everything infinitely easier, and I am so grateful for their amazing work! **What do you like best about Plative?** I am incredibly grateful for their knowledge and expertise around data and tech, their persistence when confronting unexpected glitches, and the quick problem-solving used to get through it! I am also really grateful for such a kind and professional team. Though I was very new to the world of CRMs and not well-versed in the world of data management, Elizabeth and Sofia were very patient & gracious in their explanations. I'm also grateful for the team's organization — everyone, Damian, Elizabeth and Sofia, were always on top of things! **What do you dislike about Plative?** I honestly cannot think of any downsides or anything I disliked. There is no way I would have been able to set up a CRM on my own, and the team at Plative was wonderful to work with. I wouldn't change anything! **Recommendations to others considering Plative:** I would recommend this team, especially if you're feeling overwhelmed with data. They're professional, kind, knowledgeable, and patient. They're organized and keep the work moving forward until the project is complete. Highly recommend! **What problems is Plative solving and how is that benefiting you?** We now have our first ever CRM, and functioning integrations with Zapier from our Squarespace website. It's a game-changer for our organization to have up-to-date donor data in one place! ### 2.
