Plative worked with my small non-profit to port over our scattered data onto our first ever CRM system. They first worked with us to understand our data and our goals for our data, which was a really helpful process for us!

Then, using their extensive knowledge of CRMs and best practices for managing and cleaning data, the team was able to coach and directly assist us in understanding how to collect, organize, and clean our data, and then how to import it into the new system. They also helped us to customize the CRM for our uses, and set up Zapier integrations to assist with automatic data imports from our website. All of this would have been exceedingly tricky for us to figure out ourselves. The Plative team made everything infinitely easier, and I am so grateful for their amazing work! What do you like best about Plative?

I am incredibly grateful for their knowledge and expertise around data and tech, their persistence when confronting unexpected glitches, and the quick problem-solving used to get through it! I am also really grateful for such a kind and professional team. Though I was very new to the world of CRMs and not well-versed in the world of data management, Elizabeth and Sofia were very patient & gracious in their explanations.
